Great little gift

A birthday gift for my grandson who loves Lego especially Lego figures so an ideal gift very pleased with quality and service thank you

Ordering, and the end product on delivery was perfect

I never received the product for my grandson's birthday. Almost a month later.

Once again, I’m writing about this company! It’s a total disaster! I still haven’t received my refund or had the money deposited into my account. I really don’t understand what their goal is—to keep their customers’ money? Business must be really bad. But that’s exactly how I hope it is, and I hope no one buys anything through this site so they don’t get scammed.
On top of that, they’re lying and saying they’ve already issued the refund! The money isn’t in my account! And what do you mean, “three attempts to send it”?! There really is no limit to their lies… they’re quick to respond on Trustpilot, but not a single email. Incompetent!
What kind of feedback is that?!
Yes, I’m responding in a way I’d rather not, because you’ve already crossed every reasonable line, but from the comments I see, the aggressive emails always come from you first...

Yeah, yeah. If the money were already in my account, none of this would be happening.

Thank you the Lego figure was exactly what I wanted and was a lovely surprise for my grandson 's 21st birthday. Reminded him of all the lego figures we used to buy him when he was younger .

The website was easy to navigate, and my youngest son had great fun creating a Lego brick character of his big brother for his birthday. Lots of options to personalise the item too. The item was delivered within a week and looked exactly as we hoped it would. Packaged nocely too. A great gift idea and I highly recommend this company.

I was more than happy with my Lego creation and very impressed with the speed of delivery. The online tool for creating your man is easy to use and make adjustments if you are playing around with the design. I love the tin it arrives in. I just hope my son loves it as much as I do.

My husband was made up with his keyring so pleased I ordered it for him. If you are considering getting one for a gift or for yourself do it they are brilliant

Brought 2 lego key rings and within 2 months one of the legs snapped off. I’ve had many lego key rings and this has never happened so thought to message the company.
just told them what had happen as honest feedback and the customer service was so rude for no reason.
one minute saying they will send one out, i said it’s appreciated if they can. never once asked and then they keep coming at me with saying it’s authentic “lego” and it’s not there fault.
all i did was say i was disappointed never came at them

UPDATE to the response- never attacked the owner or said anything about the quality, it’s funny how they victimise themselves when they in the wrong. Reoccurring events like this has happened with other people, will advise everyone to not purchase from them !!

Fabulous gift on a key ring for my son who passed his driving test. Personal, unique and excellent service. I have ordered another one as a gift.
