it's a scam
it's a scam. and now they've resorted to a collection company that I owe 600 euros. I don't have any agreement with them. I don't recommend it, stay away from them.

yup scam.
the "people" on there are mostly bots.
the price is given PER WEEK and then charged per MONTH
ending the subscription needs a complicated to find form or a letter to the customer service. also a sign of them just trying to steal your money.
DONT EVEN TRY
The most pointless dating site ever.
Most women do not include a picture and no one seems to engage in conversations.
I just do not see the point of the website.
I would recommend you completely avoid it.
Ripped me off over €200. I wrote you guys many times per E-Mail. I pointed out my rights as costumer and used a form from an attorney to cancel my subscription through E-Mail, but nothing happend for months. It all started after my free premium membership ran out. There was no notification instead you guys billed me for a full month. I wrote you right away an email, but to my surprise you kept charging me. Then after you billed me for another month I wrote you again. This time you sent me a generic E-Mail saying it was not done on time and guess what you billed me again. Then after researching your company on my invoices I discovered a second E-Mail address. Then I sent two letters with my signature to both E-Mail addresses and suddenly you guys stopped. What a ripp off. I never signed a contract with my signature, but you guys thought it is legal to start billing me once I provide payment options. Funny for getting out of your contract you cant simple press a cancel button you need to provide a signature. By the way I took legal actions against you. What you are doing is not right. No serious dating app like bumble or hinge keeps charging you, once the time runs out it rans out. No autorenew, only you guys do that. Time to pay the money back. If you think you can ignore the law for customers in the EU, then you are wrong. Have fun with my lawyers you gotta pay the fee for them too
UPDATE to the reponse:
Nice response, totally like I expected it. Well it was a test premium membership,
still doesn't give you the right to plunder my bank account. Several complains against your service also at the department for consumer protection. My lawyers will do the talking. Time to end your business practise
WARNING:
I encourage everyone who has a problem with this company get a lawyer or contact the department of consumer protection

In fact, I registered on this site but did not subscribe for several reasons
Membership is Expensive Second, there are no options for extensive searching like country search
Third: It is one of the sites of the spread of vice, fornication, the spread of diseases and others
This site is not worth registering for the reasons you mentioned
If you want marriage or friendship, there are better sites than this site
In my review, I will give 1 star for the reasons I mentioned
