I had the worst experience ever. It took them three months to deliver my order, despite several emails I had to send. The bikini quality was poor, so I returned the entire order within the 14-day return policy. It has been weeks, and I still haven’t received my refund of 363 euros, nor have any of my emails been answered. Please do not buy from here—it’s a total scam!

This is one of the worst experiences I've EVER had in my entire life. After returning my items it took the company almost ONE MONTH to refund me my money (450€) - even though they stated on their website it would take 7-10 business days. After the refund was made I saw that 20€ were missing, so I reached out to them only to learn that they charge 2€ per returned item if you return more than 6 items. These 2€ are claimed to be used for internal processes.

Since these processes are CLEARLY not working and they can't even stick to their own refund standards, I'm not willing to pay this money.

I requested an additional refund from them - but have not heard back yet.

Returned swimwear on 29/7. It arrived at their warehouse 2/8. Still no refund they keep asking me to wait a few more days. Its 17/8.i will be making a claim through annex for fraudulent company. I have UPS evidence goods arrived back with them.

My wife had the exact the same experience as previous review. She was told to pay £170 customs charge (which was not clearly communicated on their website). She contacted them to return and was told if she didn't pay the charge items would be destroyed (what?). I found this highly irregular and contacted UPS on her behalf. UPS confirmed they would return the items to sender as you would normally expect. They items have now been returned and I have proof of delivery and that they have the goods. They are not responding to mine or my wife's emails (no phone number to contact). Do not use this company - this is scam.

I ordered 4 bikinis and then was charged 130 pounds for customs to the UK, when I wrote to them they said if I didn't pay it customs would destroy the items and I couldn't get a refund. Paid the 130 pounds and bikinis are TINY and horrible quality. Scam from instagram marketing, don't fall for it!

Paid extra for express shipping- nothing didn’t action the order for 3 days now a 10 day delivery to UK - Gooseberry from Bali can do it in 4 days!!

Worst bikini set ever. The lady told me to get a XL bikini top for my cup size all for it to be the tiniest bikini ever. The quality is so bad, stitching was horrible with the underwire actually showing. Even worse than SHEIN quality. And the return is 15 euro’s, actually crazy.

I ordered a bikini, and I really liked it. It's very expensive, but the multi top is nice because you can wear it in 12 different ways. But the bikini bottoms are all string, and I don't want that.
The bikini bottom was also too small so I wanted to send it back (it costs €15 to return!). I got a free Sarong because I ordered a bikini set, I didn't know if I had to send that one back too if I returned the bikini bottom. I tried to contact them and that was impossible! I've filled in the contact form on the website, I've send them an email and I've send a Instagram and Facebook DM, but they didn't answer me! I had to return within 15 days and I didn't get an answer from them in these days so I returned it and I hope that I did it right and that I'll get my money back..

never again! I ordered several bikinis but they arrived late so I sent them all back. Even though I sent the entire item back, I was told three parts were missing. I had to pay this even though I didn't keep a bikini!!
