Thankyou so so much to Debbie on the sensitive case team who I spoke with today , she helped me realise & accept that Cabot aren't always the "bad guys" they are portrayed as somtimes ,as a company they've been patient,understanding and supportive through a extremely difficult time in my life,nobody expects to one day have a freak car accident & your life,relationships and finances be completely taken out of your control yet speaking with Debbie today,she took the time to read my notes,she listened and gave me the kindest sincere support during my call & now I can wake up with a weight lifted off my shoulders & know everything is finally under control-Debbie is an asset to Cabot and thankyou to everyone else on the various teams who managed to also help along the way!honestly guys...you've helped so much!I would highly recommend if your in a similar position-get in touch -it's easy to burying our heads in the sand however taking the time to be honest and upfront with Cabot helped them help me!Great Team-Well Done!

Phoned Cabot to set up payment plan for an outstanding credit card debt. Spoke with Nicole who was really understanding of the situation very helpful and ser up a direct debit for me without pushing for upfront paymant.
