No refund for broken tiles

Unfortunately I have the same experience as some other clients of Dordini in Bagnolo San Vito, Italy.
All tiles in the 3 boxes we ordered were broken, obviously not our fault. As we could not wait for a new delivery, we asked for a refund (90 EUR), referring to their own "Terms of sale, point 7.1: The right of withdrawal".
Communication was friendly and Emails kept coming, but no refund. So I gave up, bought new tiles elsewhere and keep a bad taste about Dordini.
