My Volvo V70 AWD was leaking from the fuel overflow pipe. Replacing this and the filler pipe in theory require over 10 hours of work to get the transmission and fuel tank out of the way. The Caffyns technicians know a way to do this by simply lowering them out of the way, which reduces the time required to just over 2 hours. That saved me hundreds of pounds! Everyone at the Eastbourne Volvo dealership provided impeccable professional yet friendly service. With special thanks to Service Advisor Max.

Amazing start to finish service from harrison from the welcome to the handover nothing was to much. In fact he went above and beyond to make the handover happend a day earlier than planned to help me out. The service from all the team was incredible

just popped in to tunbridge wells on a sunday to check out a formentor , dan was very helpful showed me round a new vehicle in the showroom , asked for some figures and ordered one , they were sent over and the deal was done , vehicle was delivered before the end of the month and phone calls to make sure im doing ok with the car , great car and great styling , im loving it so far

I had an awful experience in buying a car from Caffyns it broke down with gearbox failure on the second drive out.
The real problem comes with their customer service which is frankly non existent it took my putting a previous bad review on here to prompt a proper phone call and apology and a small amount of recompense.

I was told lies and had information hidden from me about the car but of course they dispute it.

There is no way i would ever buy a car from Caffyns again.

I have now purchased a new VW Tiguan R line Black edition from JCB VW Tunbridge wells where the service was a world away from Caffyns and it was worth the wait of a couple of months for a great vehicle.

I have already completed 2 surveys about my recent visit. I think that is enough!!
