I've often go into their shop to purchase items, and I must say they are always extremely helpful. If you have any questions about anything that you don't understand they are more than happy to give you advice. I also put in an order online with them which was very easy and they let me know the number of my order and when it should be arriving. When my order was delivered it was all packed nicely in tissue paper and was all safe and sound. I would never hesitate to use them again and very often their cheaper than Amazon.

Great choice and fast delivery
Excellent store with good choice of products and helpful staff. I bought online this time and the order was delivered very quickly. Quite pricey delivery charge but it was well packaged and arrived in 2 days so all round a good service.

The delivery company were useless despite me paying extra for speedy delivery. They didn't leave a card as they said they had done and refused to re-deliver the following day.

Dear Kirstin,
We are sorry that you didn't receive your order, as we explained on the phone this was the first time in over 18 months that a parcel has not been delivered.
Your order was dispatched on Tuesday 24th on the same day as you ordered and went out via courier for delivery on Wednesday as arranged. When you called on Thursday our customer services tracked your parcel and called you back, we were told by Fed Ex that a card had been left in the Communal area of your building as there was no answer when they called to deliver.
Unfortunately, you say you did not receive a card. We understood your frustration at needing the order, and made further enquiries with Fed Ex to try and get the parcel to you, but because it was late morning they did not have a driver available to deliver as all vehicles were already out for the day.
The other option Fed Ex gave, was for you to collect the parcel from the depot, which we understand is 13 miles from you, but you said you were unable to do this.
Fed Ex offered to redeliver on Thursday before 11am, but you said this was too late,
and understandably cancelled the order, for which we gave an immediate and full refund, including shipping.
We tried hard to sort out the problem, but it was totally out of our hands, and can only apologise that you did not receive a card from Fed Ex in the communal area.

Always excellent
I use Cake Links on a regular basis (both visiting their shop in Christchurch and online). Their range of products is excellent and I am always assured of prompt delivery with all products packaged very well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to the professional baker and home baker alike!
