I want to give this sad ass company a…

I want to give this sad ass company a negative review if I could.
How effin pathetic that one orders a pair of sneakers, and it only comes with one lace.

This was in November 2020.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS FAKE ASS COMPANY.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. First they built the website to make people think they're shopping for items in the US. Most people don't even realize they are purchasing from China and the shoes will be shipped from there. It takes about a month to get them. In my case they arrived about two size too large even though they say size 11 .5 they are more like 13. About 2 inches too long for me. I contact them about this and they said I have to return to China at my cost. These people are nothing short of criminal.

DISGUSTED

This one star is overly generous. I ordered a size 11.5. They sent me 13s and then tried to convince me that their size 47 was 11.5. 47 is a size 12-13 and the shoes measured 13" stem to stern. After a back and forth wherein their rep "Sandy" insisted a 47 was 11.5, she finally capitulated and admitted they sent the wrong size. I gave the shoes to charity and will not buy from them again. Typical flim flam. DISGUSTED.

Don't order from them unless you know…

Don't order from them unless you know you won't return the items. They offer no return shipping and only have two Warehouses to return to, one in China and one in Canada. Your out the return cost and they offer nothing to cover it. It feels like a scam to make sure it's more hassle than it's worth to return anything.

Do NOT order from this company you’ll be disappointed…

This company sells crap from AliExpress at marked up prices. I ordered the ‘Calceus Knight’ shoes and they have a PLASTIC bottom so you can’t even walk in them without sliding all over the place it is actually very dangerous. After emailing them to return they insist that the shoes are rubber (it also says rubber under the item description on the website) and they are clearly injection molding plastic. These $45 “shoes” sell for half the price on AliExpress but I ordered from Calceus because I didn’t want to wait for international shipping. They ship domestically from the US, and then make you ship the item back to either China or Canada in order to get a refund. Total scheming scumbags.

Do not buy from this online store.

I recently purchased a winter coat and vest from this site. Both items did not fit. The sizes are like for kids even though it a men clothing website. The coat I received wasn't even the right color and looked nothing like the picture advertised. The coat looked very cheap. Don't buy from this place. It's just a waste of money. I'm very disappointed and I if I learned anything from this experience is never buy from them again.

I ordered two pair of shoes for my hubby for Christmas in November. I track, I follow & nothing. UPS tracking says labels ready-but no shoes. I emailed your site days ago. No contact back. The number on your site goes to a fax machine. We love your shoes & have gifted them. This is the worst customer service EVER.

I have requested a return authorization with no satisfaction.

I have requested a return authorization four times for shoes that are too big. NO response. Its like they are waiting out the 30 day return limit so they don't have to take them back. DON'T buy anything that you think you might have to return. They do not hold up their end of the bargain.

This company not to be trusted!

Please read below, these are emails from Calceus representatives. Please read in it's entirety. (Posted as most recent conversations.)
To set the story, they sent me the wrong size, and won't accept return unless I pay shipping back to either Canada, or China. The emails say it all, this company not to be trusted!

The shoes came defective

The shoes came defective, they look good but the material is cheap and cheezy. I wish I can add photos but that seems impossible.

Bought a pair of shoes months ago and…

Bought a pair of shoes months ago and nothing so far!
It has been impossible to contact them to resolve the issue since the number provided seems to be a fax number and messages are never returned!

I'll be contacting my credit card company to try to get my money back.

I'd purchase shoes from calceus 3 time…

I'd purchase shoes from calceus 3 time first time it took me one 5 weeks to receive my two pairs of loafers. Second time I purchase two pairs of boots it took me 3 weeks third time I purchase two pairs of sneakers 1 week ago and Counting. My point is they have great quality shoes and they're worth the wait

Ordered masks and a pair of shoes. Masks arrived more than a month later - decent shape though the packaging was crumpled . shoes never arrived and when i followed up nearly two months later they kept asking me to go to USPS. i agree with comments below - fulfillment of orders is very low quality. if they want customers to recommend them, they need to be more responsive and take care of stuff instead of blaming usps

Be careful, Be Careful

Full payment, no product after 30 days, no working tracking number, no personal response from company....have no idea about the shoes.
UPDATE: I received a confirmation and then a tracking number....the tracking number could not be found on the tracking website. I contacted Calceus re the number and received a computer generated response with same number. I contacted again with same result. I have now requested a refund and received another nonsense computer generated response. Still have no shoes nor a response from a person addressing my concerns. Very disappointed!
