Jordan was excellent worked efficiently was very professional and respectful .
We had a very busy surgery whilst he was here . we set up one room for him to work in . and we did have chop and change equipment ,because the clinicians were using them in other rooms he respected this an d worked around us . will book again .

We are long standing customers and every year our experience is always excellent. From booking our calibration to on the day, the process is dealt with smoothly and professionally.
Nathan has been with us for the last 2 days on our biggest site and he has worked closely with our own staff to ensure everything has been calibrated and PAT with the least disruption to our GPs and patients. Nathan is a credit to your company and a great ambassador.

Stephen Gregory arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently. He worked within our constraints of room availability and completed calibration and PAT testing in a timely manor, being a very busy GP Practice this made working with Stephen a pleasure. He was also very friendly and courteous to all members of staff.

My nursing home had Tierrie calibrate our equipment. He was very good and friendly and was efficient and thorough.

Engineer (Thierry Latour) was punctual, very organised and helpful. He went at our pace and fitted in with the surgery schedule.

Awful company, rotten from the top right through to the so called engineers. The 'Calibration' certificate you receive from these charlatans isn't worth the paper its printed on. The reference standards were out of date so how on earth are you providing a calibration service when your own reference standards are not maintained. The fact you claim to calibrate medical equipment with this level of incompetence is frightening. They claim to calibrate vaccine fridges but allow no time for the internal temperature to stabilise, the door was opened, a single thermocouple shoved in and 30 seconds later it was back out. Absolutely woeful as anyone with an ounce of knowledge would know that in order to map the temperature of a fridge or any temperature controlled area for that matter you need multiple reference points and you need to allow sufficient time for the temperature to stabilise before taking your measurements. The technician on the day had very little knowledge on this matter. Now don't get me started on the so called PAT testing. it beats me how the pat test was performed when the appliances were not connected in any way to the machine the technician used. he stood next to an appliance pressed a button on the device and then walked away. all without actually plugging anything into the device or touching any electrical contact points on the appliance. Who knows maybe it works by magic.

Avoid at all costs and use a competent company. Or use these clowns and allow your patients to suffer the consequences

Really smooth process from start to finish

We book in annually - a reminder email sent out a month or so before and on the day arrived promptly and with minimal disturbance to our clinics.
