Servizio clienti piuttosto scadente. Merce consegnata danneggiata (il corriere ha lasciato il pacco senza nemmeno suonare e senza quindi permettere di ritirare con riserva…) ma il problema è tutto mio. Quando chiedo di pagare le spese per un nuovo ordine non rispondono più alle mail. Probabilmente per loro un cliente vale meno degli €8 delle spese di spedizione…
Prodotti disponibili sullo store online e acquistati il 23 Agosto 2024 ( 3kg di vernice)- Il 2 settembre 2024 invio una mail per sapere lo stato della spedizione ma non risponde nessuno . Il 3 settembre 2024 , contatto il loro centralino e mi informano che i prodotti non sono disponibili , ma che devono ordinarli , farli arrivare in sede e poi spedirli con comodo. Ovviamente di questo ,nessuno mi ha chiamato o contattato per avvertirmi del ritardo o perlomeno che c'era stato un problema. Chiesto subito il rimborso con paypal . ESPERIENZA PESSIMA DA EVITARE
