Unsolicited Spam Calls and Lack of Accountability
I've never been a customer of CallMe, yet I keep receiving spam calls from their employees who ring me and then immediately hang up. It's incredibly frustrating and disruptive. To make matters worse, their voicemail is deactivated, so there's no way for me to reach out and address this issue directly with them.
I demand proof that I provided my phone number to CallMe. If this continues without any justification or resolution, I will have no choice but to file an official GDPR complaint against the company. This kind of disregard for personal privacy and lack of proper communication channels is completely unacceptable.

Remarkably recommend
I cannot complain. I am delighted with the services that Callme provides. The company has a good communication tool so I can get the response relatively fast. Also, it has many attractive discounts for products and subscriptions that I used multiple times. Besides, the employees are understanding and I have never had trouble solving my problems. Remarkably recommend.

Customer service gave me the wrong information, which led to late fees. I was offered a 3-month, 50% discount, but I was charged a 100 kr late fee every month. This wasn’t explained to me.

I am being honest. I am not a callme fan anymore. I was the one who used to recommend my friends for joining callme but now things have changed. I don't recommend them and have already started looking for other options. Late response time, long waiting call, long wait for the chat, have also become a bit stingy..
