It a good company so far and till now I got 3 free phone numbers subscription for free 2 mounths each numbers will cost per mounth 129kr and I am glad for that welcoming and I get a gift which cost me 50kr but it is worth it

Very low internet quality on many…

Very low internet quality on many locations outside Copenhagen. they scam you by all sorts of bills and when you complain and try to figure out why, they keep charging you for extra.

worst company - incompetent liars - they steal money

worst company, they steal money and remove your subscription without notification from one day to another.
Customer service is useless and rude, entitled to treat customers like shit because they are foreigners and they hung up on you.

EDIT
Save your corporate copy/paste speech because I did contact you already and all you did was telling lies and ignoring the issue making it seems it's my fault when it's yours!

Not only that, as of today september 9th 2025, you NEVER issued the refund I am entitled to and that should have been refunded in AUGUST.

On top of that you claim to have terminated my number on the 20th but you terminated on the 19th,

You only deserve to be reported for stealing and anti consumer practices, your company is the WORST and most incompetent I have dealt with in 40 years.

Subscription missing

While ordering mobile and subscription together. Mobile was received but you did not create a subscription. So have to call after a week and find out it was missing. They created after the call now.

Subscription extension without consent

As a non-Danish customer, I feel scammed. I bought a 6-months subscription and the sales told me that it will only be valid for that period. Turned out it automatically extended without my consent and they kept charging me. The information about unsubscribing was also hard to find since I don't understand Danish.

As an international I don't recommend this provider. Just find another company that provide English guidance/terms that you can comprehend before signing up. Don't trust the sales 100%.

Good luck scamming other students.

At Call Me, we offer subscriptions that include a 6-month binding period. Once this period ends, the subscription continues as a rolling contract without binding with 1 month cancellation. It will only be terminated once we receive a cancellation request. I’m sorry if this wasn’t communicated clearly.
