Item never arrived. Ordered a sofa on 10th Aug and £499.99 was debited from my credit card. Item apparently shipped on 22nd Aug - no tracking reference or delivery company details provided. Estimated delivery was 2-3 weeks - it has now been almost 6 weeks and no response from Calvers after multiple attempts to contact via web chat, email, telephone and web form. Fraudulent claim submitted via credit card provider to recover costs. Completely unacceptable to take customer money and not provide goods or any contact regarding orders.

Really happy with my sofa, I ordered the green Staunton 3 seater, it does look a little different to the website, the website shows the seat to be smooth however the actual sofa has the quilted effect which is pictured on all the other colours online other than the green, but I wanted that detail anyway so I’m happy- but just one to watch out for if you’re purchasing this sofa, I think the image is slightly wrong on the green one.

All round though I’m really happy, I received great customer service, the sofa it’s self is lovely and can’t argue with the price!

I have just received my 3 items from C&S and I have to say the experience and items surpassed my expectations. I ordered a navy corner sofa and footstool along with the Glamoros armchair in mustard. Both were easy to assemble (just attach legs) and all the tools were provided. We had a new lounge in under 30mins! The delivery drivers were very helpful too, getting everything in the right space for us.

Now our friends are looking to order these items too as they are very comfortable and the mustard armchair is a great statement piece, but is not too overwhelming. I will definitely come back here again and recommend to anyone.

Great company y. I’ve been dying for one of the chairs for a long while but when I ordered there was an inventory error and the seller was so accommodating that the got me a different but equally lovely arm chair but also gave me a partial refund for the error. Lovely

The process of ordering and getting the arm chair delivered was good. Unfortunately when the arm chair was delivered it was dusty and it also liked the bottom of the arm chair had been on a dusty warehouse floor. It also had mud on the chair.
When buying a new chair, I didnt expect to have to clean it before putting the chair in my living room.

Having not many reviews to read I was slightly concerned but I needn’t have been.

The online experience was crisp and easy, the delivery courtesy call and very polite and friendly delivery guy were a breath of fresh air and the quality of the chair is worth every penny and has really uplifted the room it’s in.

I have bought two products from the team at Calvers - a gorgeous blue sofa and a slick leather arm chair - and I couldn't be happier with both. It's great to have two pieces for my lounge that my friends comment on - they really have the wow factor.

Delivery and service were excellent - it was great to hear from Dave afterwards to check how the delivery went. I will certainly be making further purchases from C&S in the future.

Beautiful chair, fantastic customer service would totally recommend.

Hi ordered a dark green velvet chaise sofa with 20% discount so was really happy, delivery was prompt but delivery men only had part of my sofa, the chaise part. I was really angry as we had been messed about by another company saying they would deliver and they didn't.
But the call centre staff where really sorry and helpful, guaranteeing delivery the following week, and offered me £100 discount for the inconvenience.
Sofa arrived when they said and it was perfect, and is the most comfortable sofa I've ever had.

Love my chair! Well priced and good quality. Fast delivery and good customer service too as had a few questions before I purchased.
