My review is specifically about Calvin…
My review is specifically about Calvin Klein UK (regent street). They had the CKJK collection launch (with exclusive items in store). I had such a horrible experience with two employees who were at the tills.
There was a queue outside, I got there early and they were giving a free poster as part of the CKJK for the first 300 people. I was one of them. One of the employee told us very clear (any purchase but just for the first 300 people).
I go inside, unfortunately everything I wanted was sold out. So I grab one item only and go to the tills. I ask a question about the totebag they were giving and they said “only if you spend more than £100” which is okay. I pay what i was buying, they give me the shop bag with no poster (which i didn’t realised until a few minutes later). My friend buys her stuff and she spens £200 I ask if they could give ax extra totebag and they said it’s for transaction, that moment the employee mocked me saying “someone just spent £600 do I give them 6 bags? no” (very rude tone) I was like ok (doesn’t hurt to ask right?)
That’s when I realise I didn’t get a poster (remember it was any purchase). I ask about the poster and those 2 employees say “only if you spend £100.. NEXT”. I see other people coming out with their posters, even my other friend.. I ask “did you spend £100?” And she shows me her bag “no. I only bought this shirt” I say “they didn’t want to give me the poster because I need to spend £100” and she goes “no, for the poster is any purchase” which is true. The employee told us when we were in the queue.
I ask the poster again and those two employee start ignoring me.. laughing at me.. shouting “NEXT” I ask the girl employee why is she laughing and she goes “cause I don’t know what to say” I ask their names.. they ignore me.. I ask the manager. I tell the manager “why did people who spend less than £100 got a poster and I didn’t?” And the manager says “no, it’s only for the 300 people” I say “I was one of them” and the manager gives me the poster. The girl employee then says “no, she was asking about the bag, not the poster” That was totally untrue. I made a question about the tote bag before. But then I asked the poster several times and that’s when they started to ignore me and laugh at me.
You might think “all of that because of a poster?” Exactly, was that necessary? to mock, ignore and laugh at a customer? If you don’t know if you could give me the poster or not you could simply say “let me ask my manager” or something. Totally unprofessional. I felt disrespected. It triggered me really bad (the time when I got mocked and laughed at, at school). They are no better than anyone else to do that.
And I don’t have the employees name because as I said, I asked them and they ignored me and laughed.
As a person who used to shop at this store regularly (not just for the CKJK collection) I am very disappointed.

Didn’t even receive my product and now they told me it’s been returned for no reason what so ever, this brand is a joke

Placed a couple of orders on their online site and I have to say that I'm dissapointed with the quality of the clothes. Not only but one item in one of my order still hasn't shipped after a week. I reached out to customer service and the agent was very rude. Unacceptable. Now I requested to cancel this item from my order, I'm not going to wait any longer, they still haven't got back to me. Items on sale are mostly final sale, some they don't even match the description. I ordered a pair of shorts, when I tried them on they were nothing like the one the model was wearing. Fabric very stiff, long and very large leg.
Never again
I would give them 0 stars if I could
I would give them 0 stars if I could - the customer support is absolutely non-existent. I had a parcel indefinitely delayed and they just said to wait and then cut the call. Just unbelievably bad customer service.

Calvin Klein UK worst website ever
Calvin Klein UK worst website ever. Hit the back button and you get an 'Oops' go back to home, and that's if the website is up and running which it often isn't. How can you you not have a decent website in 2026? Had enough of trying so shopping elsewhere and not for CK products any more.....
Over 2 months waiting for a repair with no solution
I purchased a watch and sent it for repair following all the instructions provided by customer service.
It has now been over 2 months and the product is still in their possession, with no repair, no estimated timeline, and no clear communication.
After multiple follow-ups, I only receive vague responses or no response at all.
It is unacceptable for a brand like Calvin Klein to retain a customer’s product without providing a solution or timeline.
I expect an immediate resolution.
Liffey valley store
Was in the Liffey valley store had a problem with men’s underwear the manager Mike sorted it out very professional very efficient and with a smile very rare in this day and age top class customer service
I honestly cannot believe that a brand…
I honestly cannot believe that a brand as big as Calvin Klein would rely on a company like Corseach. Their AI system is so unreliable it flagged and removed my brand‑new, genuine Calvin Klein items, while accusing them of being something they’re not. Meanwhile, their system can’t even tell the difference between authentic designer merchandise and cheap fast‑fashion pieces.
The whole setup feels careless and completely unprofessional. Sellers are having their accounts damaged and their reputations questioned because Corseach’s faulty AI can’t do the one job it’s supposed to do. It’s shocking that a major brand would trust a verification partner that causes this much unnecessary harm to genuine sellers.
If this is the standard they operate at, I’d seriously question why any reputable company would continue working with them.
False description of products
I ordered a set of pijamas which was supposed to be from modal.
The t-shirt is from modal, but the pants are 92% nylon and 8% elastane. And they charge £55 for those pants calling them "soft modal pijamas pants". They are lying about their products.

My daughter and I went to Calvin klein last night. The website says that are open till 8pm. Got there at 7:15pm. Store was locked. I called and KC employee answered and informed me they close at 7pm. I told them that the website says they're open till 8pm. Employee said "I know but we close at 7pm. We drove more than 80 miles to the CK store. I spend thousands on CK clothes every year for my familyandto donate. Now
Non-compliant product
Hello, I received a delivery of white boxer shorts, and the Kelvin Klein logo is completely cut off at the back of the waistband. In the product image, the Kelvin Klein logo is shown covering the entire waistband.
Either you provide a proper exchange or I will take legal action against you. Please get back to me soon.

Constant error message when trying to complete order
Well, good news is, they had great sale prices on their site. Bad news is I received an error message every time I tried to place my order. I stopped by the SoHo store but unfortunately, the two pairs of earrings I want were not available in-store (they have a minuscule jewelry selection). Anywho, maybe it's a sign that I shouldn't order from Calvin Klein. Expecially after reading the reviews here!

It was easy to find what I wanted on the website; there was a good selection to choose from; clear and concise product information and pricing.
Order and pricing information was sent quickly via email and reasonable shipping and handling fees.
Awful.
Awful.
Ordered and waited for the shipment from the Netherlands. Out for delivery with Royal Mail over two days with emails to confirm this. Despite Royal Mail delivering another parcel, no sign of my parcel today. Now received an email from Calvin Klein saying my order expired as it wasn’t collected, which was never my delivery option.
