Friendly, efficient, reliable, and easy to contact when I had a minor problem (easily resolved). I certainly won't be returning to any of the big providers any time soon!

I was delighted by the personable and friendly way the team handled my order. The installers were quick and efficient, and the connection itself is in a whole different league from copper broadband. What you get is incredible value for money. It's such an amazing upgrade if you're coming from VDSL. Top marks to Cambridge Fibre.

Really good customer service , they called and emailed me to let me know the process . When I had to call to ask sone questions their waiting times were minimal and they knew all about the installation . The broadband is very fast and half the price I was paying with BT , very happy

Installation was quickly arranged and completed on time and without fuss. I love that phone calls are answered quickly and by a real person!

Having recently moved house, this is my second time going with Cambridge Fibre and I have nothing but good things to say. Between their incredibly fast and helpful customer service, their friendly and efficient site engineers, and the reliability of their service and network. Truly stellar experience and I couldn't recommend more.

Cambridge folks: please support Cambridge Fibre. They don't have the Abu Dhabi sovereign wealth fund backing them, like some of their competitors. They are a bunch of hard-working guys, based locally, who deliver a broadband experience that is second to none. They don't have national or global reach (I'm looking at you, Virgin Media). They are just great at what they do.

Fantastic service. Communication was excellent right from the start. Was able to speak to someone on the phone with ease to answer my questions. Installation was very neat and put the cable and router exactly where I wanted it. Wiring was put neatly from outside of the home to inside. Super fast speeds and good router with strong signal throughout my home. Would highly recommend.

We've had a very positive experience with Cambridge Fibre. Firstly, most of the national broadband providers claimed that it was not possible to bring cable broadband right to our house. Cambridge Fibre said that they could do it, and fitted it quickly and efficiently. They have an excellent customer service and we are now enjoying ultra fast broadband right round our house.

The office answers calls quickly and the engineer who did the installation was very good. Everyone very friendly and polite. The service was set up in less than a week from when we called first and it's nice to support a local company ... and the service is amazing - literally 100 times faster than what we had before on both upload and download.

Easy to deal with, friendly and reliable. Very easy to get in touch with if needed, and you always communicate with a person rather than an robot 🤖

Speedy and informative installation. Solution offered complete coverage of my home which has proved difficult previously. Service is consistent - no breaks in service in past year.

We were a very early adopter some years ago now. They were a young company and very eager to please. Everything was carried out well and on time.
Later on we wanted to extend our range in parts of the house and they were very helpful with long technical conversations. A solution was found and the extension router pre set up arrived and worked.
One of the great things about Cambridge fibre is that any time I have rung you quickly get someone to speak to and whatever needed is quickly accomplished , even a price match to a competitor !
Recently we saw a helpful wifi log on sheet with all the information neatly layed out. Obviously this refinement was added after our start, on ringing a pdf was emailed the with all the details the next day.
I highly recommend them. Over the years they have not deviated from their excellent service.

All aspects of their service have been excellent. The fibre installation was swift and hassle-free, completed within two weeks of my initial enquiry. Since the installation (two months ago), the connection has been rock-solid: no dropouts, consistently low latency, and impressive speeds.

I had a technical question regarding router configuration, and their support team resolved it within the same day.

Having previously been with providers like Virgin and BT, the difference is like night and day. This is by far the best experience I've had with an internet provider. Couldn't be happier.
