I have been with Cambridge Fibre for 2 years now and they are brilliant. Had 1 issue when we first had it installed (not there fault another company went throught the cable) but they were quick to act and get it sorted. Just signed a new deal and got a great price, fixed for another 2 years. Highly recommend this service.

Excellent broadband company

Broadband speeds received are those advertised. Easy to communicate with if you need to and they have great customer service.

Outstanding customer services from initial communication to installation and commissioning the broadband service. The team are extremely friendly and efficient despite our complex internal home network they managed to connect the services in a very timely manner.
I had a number of wireless home applications that required configuration but the technical support team was outstanding in helping me get all up and running very smoothly.

Willing and able to deliver fibre from the cabinet to my house unlike rivals and so ahead of the curve. A warm, friendly and personal service to boot. A fraction of my existing providers price with ten times the performance. At the risk of sounding like a fan club its a no brainer.

Very impressed with the Service (please note capital S) from Cambridge Fibre, installation was flawless with very polite engineer who explained all. All works very well and broadband speed is great, all at a very reasonable cost.

After facing several problems with my previous broadband provider when trying to get an installation in my new address, I decided to try reaching out to Cambridge Fibre as a local provider alternative. I wish I had done it before!

Cambridge Fibre is great. I'd had enough of the unreliability of so called 'full fibre' which really isn't full at all, so decided to get fibre to the property, and, having researched my options went with Cambridge Fibre. I'm really glad I did. The service is far more personal and helpful than the big national firms. The installation was arranged very quickly, and carried out very efficiently with minimal fuss. Since then the broadband has been excellent, fast and reliable. Very happy.

To order domestic full fibre broadband was very quick and easy.
I waited less than two weeks for installation and connection, The engineers were knowledgeable and professional. They made sure they did not make or leave any mess.
The broadband and Wi-Fi is very reliable much faster than others I've used in the past.

Great installation experience. Superb support for physical installation: Cambridge Fibre helped me explore different options for routing of the overhead cables to our house in Waterbeach via phone & email and even sent an engineer (who happened to be in the area) around to discuss the set up before booking in the install. On the install day, no issues and super professional & quick work. >900mbps connection quality seems superb too. Very satisfied :)

After getting tired of a certain cable provider cutting connectivity with no warning, I moved to Cambridge Fibre. They have been extremely competent, offering a great service. As a systems administrator, having IPv6 provision was another great improvment. The gigabit symmetric bandwidth is fantastic when having to upload support logs to vendors and providing a router with OpenWRT was just icing on the cake. I have had no issues at all with Cambridge fibre and they've now just reduced my package price and frozen it for 2 years unlike all those ISPs with inflation plus a not insignificant percent price rise each year.
So, great value and great service.

The best service provider in the region by a country mile.

FTTP for a very competitive price, support are always responsive (however I have only needed them once in 2 years).

If you're in their catchment area, you should definitely check them out.

After being stuck on a really low speed internet connection, I jumped at the chance to switch once I saw Cambridge Fibre were connecting our street. Our street wasn't even on the plans for BT/OpenReach so it was great to see I finally had the chance to have a decent internet speed.

I think it's been in for a month now & I've gone from ~11MB per second all the way up to 600MB per second. No more problems with our family streaming all at once. No more connection drop outs during important work calls. And downloads in seconds! Yay!

Installation was super easy & the chaps were great. I've contacted support once but only because I wanted to use my own router. They have been super helpful & clearly knew their stuff from a technical perspective.

All in all, one very happy customer! Thanks Cambridge Fibre!

From initial questions regarding their service to installation of full fibre superfast broadband in around 2 weeks!

The customer service is phenomenal and living in a rural village where the only other provision is BT at 47mbps, the fact that as of today I now have 400mbps internet for roughly the same cost I have been paying BT, I honestly am astounded.

Huge thanks to Simon and Kevyn, you have both been brilliant and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Cambridge Fibre to anyone looking for honestly priced full fibre high speed broadband!

I ordered this one day with a confirmation that it could probably be installed in about a month or so.
To my pleasant surprise, they called the same day and I was able to have it installed the next!
Everyone’s been very friendly and helpful. The instructions given beforehand were clear and the engineer explained what was going to happen and where.
Then it only took 2 hours and it was all working fine with the speeds advertised (triple the speeds we got from Virgin for 2/3 of their price)
It was also nice to receive a check-in call to see whether it was all working and I was happy. Which I am and can definitely recommend Cambridge Fibre!

Cambridge Fibre were brilliant and quick at fixing any technical problem (rare anyway!) and the service was great in every respect.
