Excellent service, as usual. Bought a drone that was Dead-on-Arrival. Misery happens. Call to Cameranu, most pleasant reaction, they reserved a new one to be sent the same day. I decided to pick it up myself as the outlet was not far away. This led to a great discussion about photography with a most knowledgeable staff.. Good service by doing, not by advertising…

A very poor shopping experience
A very poor shopping experience. The staff at Cameranu made arbitrary deductions during the return process, with no detailed guidelines, and arbitrarily changed the refund amount. The refund was not made in accordance with the agreed amount, and it took a long time to receive the refund after multiple contacts. A very poor shopping experience, I will not purchase any products from Cameranu again.

Cameranu does what they promise! In stock and shipping. Next-day delivery of everything. Neatly packed, not unimportant considering the type of products. There is nothing to criticise about this service :-)

The only reason I don't give maximum points is because they still don't ship directly to my tax address in the Azores.

One of a few SMDV stockists in the EU - recommended!
I discovered Cameranu online store while searching for a store in the EU having excellent SMDV soft boxes for flash photography. To my pleasant surprise Cameranu is having large offering of these in stock including accessories.
Items were dispatches the same day. Happy customer here, I will come back for more!
