I am very happy with item

I dicovered Cameratools.nl when looking for an European retailer for LumoPro flashes. I bought twice from them until now, and it's been a pleasure. Prices may not be super cheap, but the choice is ample, and after all it's the only place where to find LumoPro. Also Honl products.
The staff is very helpful and they delayed a shipping on my request so I could get the items on my return from the holidays.
The site could use a little overhaul in the interface, and the item descriptions should be availabe in English also.

Camera tools is a nice shop with lot of products at reasonable price. My salute is for that.
As per the information from their employee i ordered an out of stock item (which i get assurance in delivery within 7 days [for stock items normally 2 days]). But i didn't received anything even after the 8th day. I had contacted cameratools, and the person who spoke with me was not able to find any product/order belongs to my account. Then I needed to send back the email which i received after successful transaction. After seeing that mail, i got an offer from cameratools that the particular product which i ordered is not possible to deliver anymore and i can choose an alternative brand with 10% discount. I appreciate all these offerings, but my question is that, Why they didn't inform me about the failure of availability of the product i ordered? and How they failed to retrieve a successful order fro their website??

I just write this here to notify them for better improvement and other than this bad experience (because every day I was waiting for the arrival of my product) overall its a nice company.

The item was ordered with CameraTools in The Netherlands in the late evening and arrived at my home in Belgium the next afternoon (i.e. within 16 hours or so); that's FAST !

The F-Stop backpack I had ordered is usually not easily available, at Camera Tools it was in stock. I was informed by e-mail about each single step of my order and the delivery was very quick despite Christmas holiday season. Payment has to be made by bank transfer which is no problem within the EU, however I would have preferred credit card payment. I can recommend Camera Tools.

good store...some products a priced lower than other webshops.

Website, odering process delivery and service is great. But it would be nice, if the german (or at least the english) localisation would be better. I don't understand nederlands language, so I'm not able to understand your e-mails without the help of google translation. So please update the german and the english translation of your webpage and send your e-mails in englsh language too.

Bought a Sigma 35 1.4 in Sony alpha mount and very happy. Ordering was easy, could have delivered to local pick up location or to home, delivery was quick and item exactly as described (new in box and subsequently verified with Sigma NL). Would definitely use again.
