Fast shipping, exactly as promised.

Order arrived a couple of days later. I thought something was missing (but it was actually in the box) and called them. Issue solved within a minute.

The item wasn´t delivered at all. No one could contact me to tell that was a problem ( i still don´t know what is the problem) with the transation with paypal. And paypal accept my payment in the same day that I order the item. So I think camera tools have to inform client what's really happening. And If they don´t know what is the problem they have to find out to tell the cliente.

English:
I've bought two times in row to build my "strobist" kit, I can surely say thet CameraTools is my new photography gear partner. Fast, reliable, no waste of time, good products.
I've only one cons: shipment to Italy is a bit high, but really reliable.

Ho comprato su CameraTools due volte di fila per costruire il mio kit di illuminazione per tipo "strobist", e posso dire per certo che CameraTools è il mio nuovo punto di riferimento per gli acquisti on line della mia attrezzatura fotografica. Sono veloci, affidabili, non perdi il tuo tempo, ottimi prodotti.
C'è solo una cosetta che mi è rimasta un pò indigesta ... le spese di spedizione, costose ma affidabili.

This shop is one of the fastest e-shop I ever saw. The bank transfer is really fast, the handling and shipping is also very fast. The prices on the shop are very good and also the items description is more than accurate. Very happy to buy stuff from them.

You are my favorite online internet store for the services that you offer but also for the good prices you have.
The only problem is that you have double the postage price to Europe and when I want to purchase something that cost 100-200 € the 30 euro for postage and the 2% for paypal is too much. :)

I ordered twice at your company and I have to say that requests, follow-up , delivery and services are Ok till now. I even called later to have an advise on trigger flashs I ordered just to be sure I made the right choice (I had some doubts about the possibility to have another brand). I received then very good advice and clear opinion.

Hi I ordered, at the 20 of december 2011. But my products still not arrived even not a delayed message. After request I got a response back, the product still not available maybe wednesday. Since then no response, and waiting. Maybe bad deliverer in the US.

Only the shipment and payment fees are a bit on the high side.

EDIT:
After a dialogue with Camera Tools it has come to my attention that CT only had two items in stock (i ordered four identical items). Camera Tools ordered the needed items the following day. It now seems to me that CT has done their part in getting the the delivery shipped as soon as they could. The rest of the long wait, I suspect must be the external delivery company.

All this being said, I still would have liked an immediate notice that the items were not in stock by the full numbers and that I therefore should expect somewhat longer delivery.

ORIGINAL:
I placed my order at Camera Tools solely because I needed my order in a short period of time. At the web page my selected item was listed as "in stock" and ready for same day shipping. I don't expect delivery time to exceed a week then... When I contacted customer service in English they replied in Dutch... I then, once more, replied in English, urging them to reply in English which resulted in no reply. Not my idea of god customer service.
