Placed an order with Camille Thai in Glasthule at 7.30pm but our order didn’t arrive until after 9pm. When I rang to follow up I was told there was only one driver, but it should be possible to flag slow delivery times on the app. The food is overpriced anyway, definitely not worth waiting 90 mins and of course it was cold when it arrived. Won’t be ordering again!

The food and staff are incredible and the prices are very fair.

Ordered food approximately at 9 pm,texts saying delivery was around 10.05, waited till 10.35 for them to say they tried to call me,tried to gain access to property.there was no call received,no door bell ringing and now to late to order.do not order from these people,just lied the whole time,you will be left in limbo.go somewhere else
Do not rely on them to deliver on busy nights,also just eat
They will not support your claim even if you have supplied proof of delivery calls and ring information

had a very frustrating experience with this takeaway. I waited over an hour for my order, and when I called the restaurant, I was told it would arrive in 5 minutes. Shortly after, I received a call from the delivery driver saying he was at my house—but he was actually at a completely different address 20 minutes away in the opposite direction.
I called the restaurant multiple times for help, but the staff were unhelpful. After waiting another 20 minutes with no order, I called to cancel, and was told they would need to check with a manager—then the line was disconnected. I later called back and was told by Sean that he did not hang up and that a refund cannot be issued until tomorrow.
It’s unclear why I had to continuously chase the restaurant to find out what was happening. Hopefully I will get my refund tomorrow. Terrible service from start to finish—misdelivered order, unhelpful staff, and repeated calls just to find out what was happening. Spoke to Sean, who was so rude and argumentative. Shocking service. I really hope I will get my almost 50 euro back tomorrow

Charged for food I didn’t collect before it was even cooked

Ordered a takeaway from Camile in Dublin, beside the Tesco near Airside Retail park, on Saturday and had it delivered to Premier Inn Airside.
The food was absolutely fantastic, perfectly cooked, authentic and delicious, it was probably the best takeaway I've ever had. The service was top notch as well, the people working there obviously take pride in what they do. We'll definitely be ordering again when we're back in December. Well done folks, keep up the excellent work.

Ordered a vegetarian meal for my partner and it had chicken in it at the bottom - clearly an accident but has caused huge distress and we cannot now trust Camile Thai. Left message last night and emailed - no reply as yet - phone not being answered today. Sad as we regularly used them for years
Update Interested - now two days in and still no response from Camile Thai - very telling - not even the barest apology

Take away was absolutely gorgeous delivered within 30 minutes it was hot and freshly cooked I would highly recommend Camille very tasty

The whole menu is changed now , eww rotten choice , dish I used to get weekly is GONE . Won’t be back

The best Thai Green curry around! I found this gem a little while ago on Deliveroo and have ordered multiple times ever since and have introduced many friends and family here. Delicious food! And great customer service in the restaurant too :)

Very much overpriced for a start.
A wholly unpleasant experience.
Chips not available as a side order.
Ordered a side order of curry sauce, it was little more than a tablespoon.
Crispy chilly chicken came smothered in a sweet and sour sauce that I did not want or enjoy.
Was unhappy with the last two orders but wanted to give them another try because occasionally the food is good.

Awful place avoid at all costs. Food arrived late and freezing cold. Ordered 2 portions of egg fried rice and they gave boiled rice which was cheaper with no explanation as to why. I would never order again. Got crispy beef which was soggy and mushy not crispy. I have sent an email to see why my order was not correct and have heard nothing back.

Just got a meal tonight and for the first time I got a dismal meal the rice was pure mush . The most disgusting rice I have ever got . Will not be ordering again

Don’t bother with these people

Absolutely abysmal, firstly the app would not work, had to phone, after an hr a driver rang me that he was at my door, turned out at an incorrect address. After 15 mins rang the restaurant, difficulty understanding my address, offered 10% discount at next order. Had 2 ring again, as still no delivery, had 2 cancel as food would be cold. Wasted 1.5 hrs. Staff need to be trained correctly. Never again. Do not waste your time.

I can get a take away from any other company and have it delivered in a half an hour. Same old excuse for years.
Seems when you pay for it in advance they take there time.

Last Friday 29/Sept/24 we ordered a takeaway from Camile Blanchardstown, I got Crispy Chilli Chicken and to say it was disgusting would be an understatement. Crispy it was not, nowhere near Crispy. It was like old small pieces of batter thrown into a frier, chewy as hell with hardly any chicken therein, it was frankly inedible. They have a cheek charging approx €17 for this rubbish. It is a crime against food. They only get 2 stars because the Curry Chicken my partner got was at least edible. Very disappointing as I had heard good things, guess I should have checked the reviews first.

Similar experience to many of the other customers. Food supposed to be deliver in 40mins. Rang them after an hour. They said the food was on the way. 45mins after this call the food turns up. Food was very poor quality. Don’t know where the standards are or who is responsible for the upkeep of the food quality. Joke, and €40 for small portions. Nearly happy the portions were small tbh. Never again.

Unpleasant experience with my last order. It took an hour to arrive after contacting the store and the food was cold after I was reassured by the delivery driver that the food was freshly picked up. Formerly the quality and size of the food was great but not anymore.
