Immediate Refund Request – Canada CIS
I have been trying for more than six months to contact you regarding the return of my $18,574 USD, which you have held since 2024. I sent my request to support and to all the individuals who initially contacted me to demand payments, including: Verónica Zabra, David Moreno, they collected all the of the money and then stopped responding.
The worst part is that I recommended your services to a friend, and she, along with five other people, is now facing the same situation as me.
Due to the evident lack of transparency, the absence of real progress in my process, and the lack of a verifiable physical office, I hereby inform you that:
I demand the immediate refund of the total amount paid ($18,574 USD), supported by the receipts in my possession.
I have filed a formal police report for alleged financial fraud.
I have submitted a formal complaint to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

I am still awaiting a full refund for the amount paid.
Uncomfortable Communication and Payment Process
Over the course of two days, I received more than fifteen phone calls, which I found to be extremely demanding and unsettling. The behaviour exhibited by the callers raised significant concerns, and I began to suspect that I may have been targeted by a scam.
I was pressured into making a part payment, as I did not feel comfortable paying the entire amount upfront. The callers refused to leave the phone line until I completed the payment over the phone. After I made the payment, it was processed as £0, and I was subsequently pressured again to pay the correct amount, with the callers persisting until I complied.
Requests for Personal Information and Escalation
Following this, I was asked to provide highly sensitive information, including bank statements, which heightened my suspicion of fraudulent activity. As a result, I ceased all further engagement, did not sign any agreements, and formally requested the return of my money seven days ago.
I have now given the company twenty-four hours to issue a full refund, failing which I intend to report the matter to my bank and to Action Fraud. The lack of response to my emails—contrasted with the excessive phone calls prior to my refund request—has reinforced my concerns about the company’s conduct.
