The consultant was knowledgeable and explained every step clearly to ensure understanding. The only thing that I did not appreciate is that I had to take action and make payment immediately. I needed a week to sort myself out and make that payment for the process to start, but was told I will or have missed the boat.

This company is only professional when they need your money and they sugarcoat everything. I paid the whole package upfront and then nothing; everything went dead. They tried to get more money from me and I said i need results. They always come back with a way to get your hard earned money with strategy. They are only money minded and don't do anything for you. Once they see that they can't get any more from you they cut all communications. no e-mails or phone calls. THEY ARE TOTAL FRAUDS!!!! BEWARE

Appalling experience with this firm
As someone who has previously been SCAMMED by an "immigration" company to the tune of THOUSANDS, this lot hardly put my mind at ease.
The agent was pushy, pressuring me to make a payment and overall judgemental while asking questions on if I had savings and where they are and questioning my credibility as if he were the judge about my possible immigration application.
The agent didn't want to know about my employment status. Didn't ask what I did. How can he make an initial assessment on my liklihood of establishing employment in Canada if he doesn't know what i do?
After the agent talked for several minutes without me being able to get a word in edgeways, he asked if there was anything else he "could do" for me today.
I responded with "no thank you" and hung up the phone.
I then received this email from him;
Hello
I hope this message finds you well.
After our recent conversation, it is clear to me that you are still uncertain about whether immigrating to Canada is truly the right move for you at this stage of your life. Throughout the discussion there were constant contradictions regarding your financial situation and readiness to proceed — saying you have savings, then saying you do not, then saying the funds are accessible but you are simply uncomfortable moving forward because of different personal concerns and doubts.
At the end of the day, immigration is a serious life decision that requires clarity, commitment, and readiness. It cannot move forward properly when the applicant himself is uncertain of what he wants to do.
You mentioned feeling “pushed” and uncomfortable with the direction of the conversation. From my side, I also do not enjoy spending time going in circles with applicants who are unable to make a clear decision regarding their future.
Because of this, I will proceed with terminating the application and releasing the opportunity to applicants who are fully prepared and committed to moving forward. Additionally, considering this is your second application and the overall nature of our discussion, your profile will also be placed under a temporary 2-year restriction for further applications. This should give you enough time to properly prepare, do your research, think things through carefully, and decide what you truly want for your future before starting another immigration process.
The application will now be marked for cancellation within the next 24 hours.
I sincerely wish you all the best moving forward and hope that in the future you reach a point where you are fully certain and prepared for such an important life decision.
