Placed an order on 03/23/2026. Price was great for my med. My Dr. said to try Canada Drugs Direct. The whole process was long. Had to check in multiple times to make sure my prescription and payment was received. Was told that the system needed to update as they hadn't received anything yet. Communication was great. Always got a live person. Long process doesn't work for me or other family members I had referred.

Shipping time is always much greater…
Shipping time is always much greater than they claim. I ordered VERY important medication more than two months ago, they have sent a replacement that will still take another month or more to get to me. In addition, I cannot preemptively order the medication again to start the process now to prevent a delay or to prevent the risk of running out AGAIN!
UPDATE:
The replacement inhalers have come and the original ones were destroyed at Customs.

I was unable to upload my prescription…
I was unable to upload my prescription but the chat offered me to contact a human after being unable to provide a response for "How to upload a prescription". The person that helped me was wonderful, helped me with uploading through the chat as all previous attempts with different files extensions were classified as "over the limit." She also offered the use of my check account so I was able to complete the payment with her.

Their price match guarantee have become bogus…
Their price match guarantee requires that the consumer requesting a price match provide the name of competitor's county that actually ships the drug!! Try getting that online!!! It's generally not provided. In fact, Canada Drugs Direct does not include their shipping country online either, but they demand that the customer provide it. This wasn't always the case, but things have changed!!

No Communication but happy to quickly debit my checking acct.
I twice uploaded my prescription, then my payment was applied to a former order from November 2025. (They told me they had already filled that prescription, so I had to go back to the eye dr.) No emails, nothing until I go back to the website and chat with the ubiquitous "Pam", who tells me that my funds were applied to the former order. Very disorganized, no communication, be wary of dealing with this pharmacy. I have had much better luck with other Canadian pharmacies.
