Great service and the flowers are beautiful

After several unsuccessful attempts with other vendors I found your store and decided to give it one more try. Receipent was very happy with the arrangement and sent me a picture.

We were very happy with the floral arrangement and communication was excellent. Some flowers in the intended arrangement were unavailable due to the service area, but they notified me right away and made sure to include certain colours that we needed. The final arrangement turned out better than the online photo! Delivery was on time and without issue.

This was my first time ordering from Canada Flowers and I couldn't be happier. They delivered on-time as promised and the flowers were gorgeous!! The ordering process was seamless.

They did a great job, from their flower arrangement to the delivery, I will be using them again. These guys do a wonderful job, I can highly recommend them.

The order arrived much later than the website indicated, and I was worried it hadn't been delivered. I don't think I'll be using this service again.

Bait and switch. Blue cobalt vase for a plain clear one. Flower arrangement was fine. My main reasons for picking this arrangement was the vase and for the sun flowers.

I had a terrible experience with Canada flowers . I will never order more from them and I don't recommend them to anyone. My order of flowers was completely different than on picture and not cost $113.00 which I paid.

The website was well structured and easy to use. Very clear communication after the order was placed, which was helpful. I had direct contact with the florist local to the destination, as per my request (if the receiver wasn't home), and that was most appreciated. The florist was especially kind and connected with me as needed, attending the home twice to ensure delivery and keeping me apprised of this. The flowers exceeded expectations, and my friend's mom was thrilled.

COMPLETE RIP OFF - DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I upgraded a bouquet and the upgraded version that was sent, was smaller and of less quality than the standard arrangement that was advertised on their site.

When I called to complain, I was asked to provide front and back pictures of the arrangement - why is this required of the customer when they only provide a single front image on their website??

There were LESS than 1/2 of every flower in the delivered arrangement then there were in the image on the website. The vase was a third of the size of the one pictured. In all, the website image showed 31 flowers in the arrangement, the item delivered, had only had TEN flowers total, with most being the cheapest variety. I sent an email with an image, they lied through their teeth and assured me that "the correct value was delivered" when anyone with a set of eyes would argue that its a blatant lie.

Its too bad I can't upload photos to this review because pictures are worth a thousand words.

Zero accountability or responsibility from Canada Flowers. Will never use them again.

I like the fact that I was able to send flowers in the USA, unfortunately I have no idea what the flowers looked like, don't know when they were delivered, wish I had a picture of the bouquet. It was a little pricey for $140.
