Canada Flowers Reviews 

Some of the flowers were wilted when they arrived (for my wife on our 43rd anniversary) and the rest wilted within two days. I would expect a bouquet for this price ($108) would last about a week. Canada Flowers were not all helpful when we complained. Initially, they refused to correspond at all with my wife, since she was not the purchaser. To be fair, they replied to me quickly -- to say they would do nothing more than an insulting 15% offer on my next order (as if I would ever make one!) I will never use this company again and I urge others to avoid them. I am not a habitual complainer. I am not in the habit of posting bad customer reviews. This is the first such review I have posted in many years (I am 68). I do not doubt that other customers have had good experiences with this company (though I see that 33% have posted reviews like mine). I recognize that the company orders from local florists and that the local vendor might be at fault in my case. But Canada Flowers has been unhelpful in resolving a problem for which they have ultimate responsibility. I do not like writing bad reviews and it takes a lot to make me take time out of my day to write one. Canada Flowers managed to bring me here. No mean feat.

The flowers were very disappointing.I usually order from Costco and they send great bouquets at a much better price .It was my brother's 80th birthday and I was hoping to send a great bouquet but that did not happen.I will not recommend you to anyone.

Thank you. The flowers were very well received. And made the day of my coworker. The only thing. Although, it was a lovely monotone bouquet, the colourful one would have been nicer for the occasion

The floral arrangement was outstanding with the unexpected beautiful vase inclusion. The delivery driver was exceptional in trying to please the recipient given the obstacles that occurred for delivery on time. Thank you for your service which never disappoints.

The flower receives is nothing like what I saw in the webs photo. I am very disappointed at what was sent.

If I could give more stars, I would! I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my sister-in-law for her birthday. She ended up in hospital for a couple of days before the delivery but did make it home by the end of the week. I called twice to change the delivery date and both times had immediate attention given to the situation and a very happy sister-in-law received a beautiful arrangement on her birthday. Thank you for the great service!
