Arrangement was not what I had ordered

Ordering was easy and they have an excellent website. I have used Canada Flowers before with no issues, but this time, I had requested a morning delivery and it was delivered in the afternoon (not a big deal really). The issue is that the arrangement that was delivered didn't look much at all like the one that I had ordered from the photo. I understand that there will be differences but this one looked a lot different. Kind of disappointing.

Purple replaced by Pink

The timing of the delivery was good and the bouquet looked very nice, however my Aunt’s favourite colour is purple, which there was lots in the one I chose however the local florist didn’t have those flowers and substituted pink with really only a purple ribbon in it.

Great service

Great service, flowers were more beautiful than in the picture! Sent it to my friend for her birthday, she lives almost 700km from me and I was worried about her not getting them on time. The delivery was done early in the day before she left home!

Sent a bouquet of flowers to my sister…

Sent a bouquet of flowers to my sister for a big birthday, mostly purple (her favourte colour). She sent me a photo, they were gorgeous and came in a purple vase - a really lovely touch. Arrived on time and in perfect condition.
