Good service but you were going to put a 10.00 credit on my account because of a vape unit that only lasted a month. I placed my order and there was no credit to use.

Very easy to order, I made a mistake on my first order with my address and the person who took my call was incredibly helpful, delivery gets here a day early and I live in a rural area, the products are great, I have ordered twice from here in three weeks 😀 you also get a free pen, little note written on the back of a card and on my first order I got so much off a disposable, would recommend this site to anyone and prices are excellent

The juice was great. But Canada post is bad. No updating. Just picked up and delivered when they are ready. Not Canada vape fault. Will still order here, service is great. Will put up with Canada post.

I have been ordering there kit starters and e-liquid juice for a couple of years now. Love there customer service and fast delivery. 2 weeks ago I was vaping with friends and one of them asked to try mine. She hates flavor like me, we prefer tabacco flavor. Good variety. I moved from Ontario to bc, and haven't been able to get the good clean vapes I am used to. Nothing is pure here, most have menthol or things like blueberry crumble, which I haven't been able to put a flavour to. It is good to be able to get back to some basics. Service was quick and reliable, with a personally signed Thank-you note added in. This will be my site of choice from now on. Ty Canada Vapes, so pleased I found you finally!

This was my first time ordering from Canada Vapes. I didn't like the taste of the e-liquid I ordered as I thought it was menthol but it wasn't. I contacted them and they were quick to respond and gladly offered to replace what I had ordered with something more along the lines of what I was looking for. Their customer service is great and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
