The purchasing experience was excellent. The delivery and install was also excellent. The people were courteous and professional. I had a noise issue on the dryer that I raised with CAS within 24 hrs of delivery. Contrary to my understanding I was immediately told to contact the manufacturer who listened to a video of the unit running and indicated the sound was normal. I did my own troubleshooting and found a loose metal part that was rattling loudly. The noise in the video was obviously not normal. It was a simple fix I did myself but felt the support I received could have been better. Next time I will make sure I am there to listen to the units run prior to the install personnel leaving. I would purchase from CAS in the future.
