Awful communication and simply poor people skills
The product is very nice however the company’s communication policy is awful. They simply ignore all communication. These were purchased for a wedding gift however they would not have arrived on time so I tried to cancel the order within 12 hours this was refused as they claimed the product had already been dispatched this was a lie. To prevent cancellation. I’m keeping the cups as they are clearly desperate for the cash. I would not recommend this company.

Awful products
Awful products , bought 2 boxes of wax melts , would not melt , no throw on any of the 3 boxes of scented candles , and they burn down the middle , waste of £50 . Giving them to charity to sell .

Would not recommend product or company. It looks good but thats about all. The candle burned down rather than outwards so there was a lot of wasted wax. The smell was just ok but didn't last. I paid 6 times more for this than a similar from Aldi and the Aldi one is still going as burns outward abd smells good too. I contacted to Company and sent photos. No one has replied.
