Ive been with CannaCare for over 8years. The Doctor is very personable and caring to your concerns. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful to your needs. They make it easy to make appointments for renewing your script and if you need help renewing your medical card they are there to help. I absolutely love them and highly recommend them.

The call never came as scheduled. Had to call and ask several times. Then - for the third year in a row they did not update the maryland system with the new expiration date.

Always a great experience. The staff is super responsive and professional while also being kind. The Doctors all listen and are there for you, the patient- I continue to tell others of this practice and refer whenever possible. 10/10 every time!

Everything is always easy with Cannacare. Forms are easy to fill out and find and Jocelyn is always fantastic!!! Highly recommended

The process was seamless. I received a call to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I was able to book with the physician I had from the year before. The appointment was relaxed and very thorough. I will continue to use CannaCareDocs for my renewals.

I did not like the fact that I had to wait 90 minutes for the MD to call me to get certified. I had to call 3 times for him to even call me

I drive down from Peabody with many choices closer, I’ll always use garden remedies .

I referred a friend and they were charged $99 while I was charged $150 to renew, for a two minute phone call. I requested a partial refund and was told I would hear back from someone. That didn't happen. So I called again and was told by the woman on the phone she would get right back to me. That didn't happen. Now I'm thinking I should get a full refund for the poor customer service alone.
