The frame is great, the bike is surprisingly light and the suspension does its job really well. Although most of the parts are great, the chain broke out of nowhere while riding an asphalt road. Th... See more

Disappointed that even before my new bike arrived an updated model was on sale which was much better value than the one I had ordered. Contacted Canyon but didn’t feel they were interested in resolving the issue. Also I had a couple of small faults on the bike so had to visit a local bike repair shop twice to get them resolved

Yes, I received my Canyon via "collect and ride." I had my bike delivered to your partner, "SAS ATL CYCLES FREPILLON."
After confirmation that my bike had arrived safely at your partner's location, I received a call just three days later to pick it up. The welcome was excellent, with a detailed presentation and explanation.
I recommend this "collect and ride" delivery method for those who don't necessarily have the time or skills to assemble this superb Canyon. I also recommend your partner, ATP Cycles Frepillon.
It is a really great bike. The size is correct and the website was easy to navigate. My shoe return was painless. One thing I would change. There are stickers on the bike that cannot be removed easily. Now I have a $5,000 bike with half torn stickers. Spend whatever it takes to make removing them seamless and keeps your bikes looking tight.

I bought a brand-new bike from Canyon, Roadlite CF 8, but I was disappointed to find worn components on this new bike. I have sent the relevant photos because I want a rapid solution. I was directed to an authorized service partner, but their availability is barely a month away. The last responses from Canyon Global Service Center have not addressed the issue adequately, and I have now been told that the team is too busy.
UPDATE: Global Service Support approved the repair at a local service center within the budget they communicated. After evaluating options, I located a local service center that, within the approved amount, replaced the worn brake pads, confirmed the cassette’s proper operation, and ordered a new seat-tube rubber.

This was my first Canyon purchase and everything was streamlined and simplified. The ordering process took all of the guess work out of sizing with extremely easy measuring instructions. The ordering was also very easy. Surprisingly, the assembly actually came with excellent, detailed instructions with each part of the bike showing you the specific torque to apply from precise fit. The provided torque wrench was cheap but otherwise effective. Certainly much better for those out there who don't own a torque wrench and dont want to spend $75 on a wrench the may rarely ever use passed this assembly. Upon assembly this bike rides amazingly well, its light, reactive, corners great and really is a ton of fun to ride! It makes you want to get out and ride even more. I was a bit sketchy on purchasing a bike online but this, most certainly, changed my mind and made me a believer.

Great packaging and fast shipping. Easy assembly instructions and operating manual.
On the minus side, thought I was getting a 2025 model but it is a 2024.

My bike arrived with a rear brake issue (air bubble) but the process to open a ticket/resolve issue was very efficient. Problem solved! (The REI/Service partner tech staff was excellent)

Carlsbad team was great with deep insight into road bikes size, had look pedals for my shoes/cleats which made my test ride a normal feel, and provided free shipping. Ordered the bike on Monday and it arrived the next day. The assembly process was easy and made a few calls to Carlsbad (Andy). Enjoy riding around PV!!!

I ordered the Canyon Ultimate CFR.
Everything went well and 3 days later it arrived in Switzerland.
The bike is just outstanding.
