The frame is great, the bike is surprisingly light and the suspension does its job really well. Although most of the parts are great, the chain broke out of nowhere while riding an asphalt road. Th... See more

Wonderful bike, but worst customer assistance! They took my bike around 5 months…. Just only a cable to change and they returned the bike without checking in all parts. So after 100 km I noticed unstable handlebar because they didn’t fix well all screws on it.
I disappointed about their service center.

I was amazed I could put the bike together. I am not mechanically inclined, but could still piece it together with the videos and instructions.

Easy process, came on time, clear what was happening next, got everything in good condition

No issues with Canyon or the bike, delivery company a bit iffy mind. Selection to change delivery date, which I used, this was ignored 🤷🏻

Delivery was really quick and I was kept well informed. The bike itself is a dream.

Pretty satisfied, would’ve given it five stars but shifter batteries were dead on arrival.

I am the kind of person that needs to test ride before I buy, especially such an expensive item. We went to you showroom in Carlsbad and I was able to test ride and loved the bike! I purchased the GRIZL:ONfly C9. I had tried others before trying the Canyon (Specialized, Santa Cruz, and Cervelo). The quality of the components on the bike are similar to bikes thousand of dollars more expensive. I love the front shock and cool seat post. Adam talked me through some to the assembly things that might be problematic which was very helpful. The bike arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Adam gave me his Canyon email and he promptly answered any questions I had. I am new to eBikes and find them a game changer since I am now 65 with 75 year old knees! I named the bike Celeste because she is heavenly!

Fantastic experience from ordering to delivery to REI to putting the CF Dude 8 together. The build quality and parts are top notch. The bike is thoroughly enjoyable to ride. Highly recommend Canyon!

My overall experience was good. The bike had a jammed handlebar either due to incorrect IPU install or by the packager who jammed the handlebar past the IPU stop. I cost me 3 days to haul the bike to the shop and back and then once more for installation. The support did not know that the bike comes with a snake for top tube so I bought one only to find out it came with the bike. They did refund me the purchase price. Lastly, There was no information about Di2. Just a note to charge the device would have been helpful. A quick start guide that includes not just the bike but also covers it’s basic accessories required to ride the bike would have been helpful.

Having previously purchased two road bikes and a Time Trial (TT) bike from Canyon, I was a fan of the brand. However, my recent experience with the Pathlite:ON 7 Onfly has been a bitter disappointment. It is clear that quality control and customer service have significantly declined.
Poor Assembly & Safety Issues:
Upon delivery, the battery was already coming loose. After inspecting it myself, I discovered that the battery mounting rail had simply not been tightened at the factory. For a bike at this price point, this is unacceptable and dangerous.
Inflexible Customer Service:
When I contacted Canyon, their only solution was to send me to a partner workshop 45 km away from my home. This workshop is closed on weekends, meaning I would have had to take a day off work just to fix a brand-new, unused bike. I ended up having to perform the repair myself.
Lack of Durability:
After only two rides (barely 75 km), the front mudguard mount already snapped. This is far from the robustness I used to expect from Canyon.
Final Verdict:
Canyon’s reputation is now overshadowed by poor quality control and a service model that is highly inconvenient for the customer. I used to recommend this brand to everyone; I now formally advise against it.
Everything ok, just is confusing having 2 shippments when you buy a bicycle and accesories
