My investment started with $250. Then Joe Robinson (senior Analyst) made contact with me to explain tha he will be working with me. Immediately he started to ask for a bigger investment – more money and I agreed. He seemed a nice guy. (He gave no telephone number,, no company address, only Skype.) I can only get hold of him via email and Skype. However, he phoned me daily. Always pushing for more money to be invested in my account .I invested more and more money. He was trading and made some small profits. He asked that I do not make large withdrawals. He was always pushing for more money. I invested more and he asked for more. Phoning me every day and being very friendly, pushing for more money Then I invested my last reserves on 18 October 2018.My total account was more that € 136 000. He also gave me a Risk Free Trading Agreement. The document states that if the markets were to turn against me, Capital XP will credit my account with ZAR 2 million. Note, I never did any trading. On the 18th of October he traded with all my funds and the trades went into the red. Capital XP sent me a margin call notice and a guy phone me asking for more money to recover the trade. Joe Robinson sail I must do exactly as I was asked and that that the goy who phone me is best account “recoverer”. I had no more money. The I checked the trades that Joe Robinson was busy with. All were in the red. BUT, they changed to green and I informed Joe that the trade s are changing. But he was adamant that he know what he is doing. YEAH?? Later that day my account was just over € 500. Of course there were no phone call from Joe Robinson, no answers to my emails or Skype call. NOTHING!!!!. How does he trade all my money away in one day?? I call it RECKLESS TRADING or STEALING or STRIPPING of my account .All the time, no communication from Capital XP. Later when I checked my account it was further reduced to € 10 and even later to € 1. How is that possible that Capital XP carry on trading – or stealin or stripping my account down to € 1. No communication, no contact no nothing. About three months later, a lady Megan Lacroix calls me regarding the recovery of my account . And she give some long story and how she is going to help me. I must just invest some more more to recover my account – which they lost. The Risk Free Document is ignored. Of course nothing happens. Then Kristina Berg phones me, same story, she uses same language, same sentences as Megan. Nothing happens. Then Rian Madsen phones me, same story, Only he wants me to put in some more money to recover my account – which they lost. Nothing about crediting my account according to the Risk Free Trading agreement. Then Bobby Bolt phone me, same story, wants to help me recover my account . Nothing regarding the Risk Free Trading agreement. I must give some more money with which they can trade to recover my account - which they lost. Of Course nothing happens. Then Ben Fieldman phone me, he definitely will help me recover my account. He uses exactly the same language as those before him. I can see they have received the same training as the all speak exactly the same words and sentences. Like robots. Nothing on the Risk Free Trading agreement. I must put in some more real money for them to work with. Nothing happens. Then the sixth person phones me, Sophie Clark. She will definitely help me to recover my account, She will phone me daily. She uses the same language, words and sentences as those before her. What about the Risk Free Trading agreement. Oh, Capital XP will credit my account, but I must pay $1000 to show goodwill on my side, for them to recover my account - which they lost - and for them to comply to the Risk Free Trading agreement. However, if Capital XP does credit my account, I cannot with draw the money. The money must first be traded with and must make some profit and only then can I start to with draw some fund. They always want more money to recover your account – as if they are doing you a favour in doing so. I am not impressed with Capital XP who ROBBED and SCAMMED me. Martin Jooste

I have been trading on forex and binary options for a long time. Did some study before getting to trading and developed some strategy/ Trading on Forex is my extra source to make a profit. I encountered CapitalXP about four months ago. At first, it took me a month to get into the flow and then I started working with small amounts, gradually increasing my capital to several thousand. Made a withdrawal for four grant and the money got to me account on the same day. This is a great pro for the company.

They are scammers and call me even my account is closed!
I have now for more than a month been called by various agents from CapitalXP, even after I have asked to have my account closed down and all my GDPR (including my phone number) deleted.

However they still call me multiple times a week from various phone numbers, and keep asking med why I have not started trading and I told them I have asked them to close my account (see below)

2019-06-11: Even CapitalXP confirmed my account is closed and will not be contact by CapitalXP (see below), I was again today called by one of there agents aked why I have not done trading and I should try it, since there is a lot of money to earn.... I told them I did not have anything to do with CapitalXP and my account is closed. She continued for 2 min, before I just hanged up (3 time I had to do so). I now adjusted number of stars down to one (1) again.

2019-06-26: Tried to call me again while I was out of the house.

Please confirm in writing that you have closed my account and informed your phone agents that I am no longer at customer of Capital XP.
I still receive unwanted calls from your phone agents who continue trying to ask me to start using your trading platform. I have told clearly that I have requested the account closed and do not want to use the account or deal with companies who continue call me even when I tell them that I don’t have time and have requested the account closed.
Please confirm in writing that you have received this e-mail and you have closed my account.

I was surprised. I did not go to any webinars and other tutorials for a long time. Not the first year of being married to forex and trading long and stable. On CapitalXP website I saw an advertisement for a webinar on intraday trading. I got interested in it as traders started having conversations about it. The time for a webinar was in the perfect evening. I thought it wourld be like before ob those webinars that I once was. Half an hour advertising company and then 10 minutes how to trade. CapitalXP financial analyst - Joe Robinson spend around 1.5 hours of trading. This something as. Usually, no one is willing to share his trading strategies and tools he uses. Those are the things which bought my attention to stay and trade at CapitalXP.

they are scammers and have now closed their website,
they owe me 16000 Danish kroner and now they have closed the page.
They no longer respond to any queries.
They are thieves so beware

I also fell a victim to this scam broker. They kept on asking me to deposit more money. Then they stopped picking up my calls and doesn't reply my mails. After loosing more money. Finally I have gotten back all my lost fund and bonus from CFD stocks. They stocked all my trading capital and deprived me access into my account for over two months now after I’ve invested $70, 000 with them. Thought I was not gonna see this day, but as God may have it, today I’ve got back all my money back for real with the help of professionals. Lesson learnt! I’m happy to share my experience

Excellent and what is the most importantly a stable broker. Spreads everything looks good besides there is a large selection of currencies for trading, I also like their analyst, as well as the ability to use any advisers. I got hooked up with Jason Hill who eventually became my mentor. An adequate analyst with a complete understanding of what he is doing. Brought me one financial strategy stick to until I get the excellent knowledge of how news affects the market. Ask for his service when opening an account.

I opened a small test acccount with the biggest crowd of crooks ive ever had the misfortune of encountering. At first they were polite and helpful and eager to help as long as i went along with them .
Then i had some personal financial problems and put in a withdrawal request then it started!!
They phoned and phoned me telling me i couldnt withdraw funds unless i traded with them for 3 days pre. withdrawal.
More phone calls followed and they started the whole rigmoroll started again and tryed to trick me into increasing my investment by pressing a particular area of a very confusonin in real time trading platform.
in short they wore me down and todate i have not got my funds returned and eventually my funds were traded away.
As i write they are still phoning me at the weekends also.
I have written off my investement and my advice is dont go within a hundred miles of them.
Keep your money under your mattress!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if u like loosing money then join the capitalxp team and there managed account that only costs 5000 euros to start , I lost 10000 euros on there managed account that promises 97% success rate.

Definatelly a scam company. They still keep ringing after I told them to f... of,that I know they are scammers.Gave them account no etc and 3 no on back of card and gave bank instructions not to allow any withdrawals by them till 17th April .But they tried straight away on7th April and obviously it didnt work.Also it's actually 250 euros to join but they tried to tell me that will be changed to 250 aussie dollars.clearly says 250 euros when I applied .when I try to call them back ,the no is disconnected and although he claims to be calling from Europe it's either a Sydney or Melbourne no.KEEP AWAY FROM CAPITALXP

MetaTrader 4 is an app used to trade on this platform. It is common and widely spread among the other platforms. But there is one thing which makes me stay here is the asset list. They update it constantly and you can find the one you needed with no problem.

Absolute shonks, I started with$250, then they said put it in a pool, I gave a bit more they gave me a bonus. THEY traded and made not bad money. Then they wanted $10,000

I said no way, they have not done any trades in the pool for over a month. Now they refuse to return any monies
