I deposited $250 after loading the documents that were requested for. The initial lady,Katherine, who was communicating with me was understanding and patient. She handed me over to Victor, a portfolio manager who was so rude. He tried for force me to deposit more money even after I told him that I can't afford to do so. I decided to change my mind about working with them but they seem to want to hold on to my $250 that Victor said was "a child's play think". In my country, that money is 3600 Rand and is able to pay my flat rent for a month. Please Capital XP, give me my money back.

I like working with this company and enjoy the loyalty getting to me. Support provides fresh info and answer all my questions.

In October 2018, I opened a trading account 873239.
I made a deposit of 250 dollars by credit card.
I mostly traded on the news. Opened positions held 5-10 minutes.
Earned a profit of 300 dollars.
In December 2018, I ordered a withdrawal: $ 250 to a bank card (my initial deposit).
After 10 days, the money arrived at the card. I continued to trade further and again earned a profit of $ 350.
I opened a second trading account 1125878 and asked a company specialist: can I trade on the second account using scalping?
The leading specialist of CapitalXP Ivan Protasov answered (quote) to me:
“Good afternoon, scalping is not prohibited, after opening a transaction, you can close immediately”
I made an internal transfer from the first account to the second new account $ 250.
And I began to use scalping on my second account.
On the first trading account I traded, still opening positions for 5-10 minutes. On the first account I earned a profit again and in February 2019 I made a new withdrawal of $ 100 to my Qiwi wallet. Money came in 3 days.
I continued to trade and earned a new profit and my balance amounted to:
Trading account 873239 = 671 dollars
Trading account 1125878 = 612 dollars
February 22, 2019 I ordered two new withdrawals of money 200 and 120 dollars.
On March 4, I received a letter from the company with the answer: all my lucrative deals are canceled. Scalping in our company is prohibited. My accounts are locked.
I tried to politely challenge this decision: on one account I held positions for at least 5 minutes - this cannot be scalping. In addition, a company specialist answered me in writing that scalping was allowed in the company.
But they did not want to hear my arguments. I lost 1283 dollars.
When I wrote that I would write a negative review, they sent me a letter threatening that they would take the case to court and their agents would come to my home.
I do not recommend CapitalXP. They are scammers.

I have made a couple of withdrawal requests and all have been rejected, it's now 3weeks and they are rejecting my requests, I told them I'm nolonger interested to trade with them but they keep telling me about active bonus.

I want to share my thanks to one of the mentors of CapitalXP platform Helen Parsons since she guided me whole time and still does. I opened my trading account like 4 month ago being a fresh comer since I didn’t have a single clue about Forex trading systems. The first advice which I received from her is not to open any trade without having a little knowledge. My mission at that time were studying as much as I can. Getting information to my head was the real target at that time, otherwise I would start trading and who knows how I could end up. Besides of understanding the Forex I started understanding the news. Reading those news daily is one thing and understanding them to what consequences they may lead up to is another. And now I have built a strategy with her in trading which I am sticking to is bringing me the money. I know what I am doing and this makes me happy.

I have had a very bad experience with these guys. I got to there page through an advert that looked interesting, I thought I'm going to have a browse. I created an account but just wanted to see the platform, I didn't pass any of my money. They rang me within an hour and it quite unsettled me how much they wanted me to give money to start, I said no and wanted to think about it.

I then read and look into reviews about this company and thought it was quite negative, so I just wanted to leave it. I then continuously got heckled with phones day after day, I just lost my tether and said please stop ringing and take me off your call list. They continued to ring and I actually felt quite harrassed where I was on the verge of reporting this, as some of the methods and discussions were just insulting. One caller said 'imagine if i was your girlfriend and we had an argument, you would still want to sort this out'. I was in utter shock, just dreadful persuasion techniques and if I was to pass with my money god only knows how these people would go on. JUST SIMPLY DISGRACEFUL, I don't know how these people get taught but it comes from the top. NO CHANCE GO WITH THESE GUYS!

Got brought here from the website which shows a huge list of trading platforms to choose. Was pleased with the registration process. Got asked few questions such as if I am new or not, told no as I did trades before and understand how everything works. Opened an account and got transferred to Joe Robinson, he is CapitalXP analyst. He provided me the info on which assets to trade and when. Willing to invest more as I want to make more.

I deposited money into an account with CapitalXp and am not able to withdraw the funds. I tried to with draw this money on 16 Jan, but the request was cancelled by Jason. I still have the balance and no longer want to invest with the company because I do not trust them. I have had about 4 "account managers" trying very hard to get me not to withdraw my funds. I have spent hours on the phone listening to their objections and I have told them I want my deposit back. DO NOT INVEST WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I believe my previous review was on 9th February.
I have been requested to with draw previous review on 24th Feb.
I will do so but i feel Capital XP need to upgrade their promises they make & ensure people are better instructed as to as to what can happen.
A good change can be to put instructions into written form as to how their systems work & not be forceful but become more honest. The way you are operating at present is not very good as the reviews must tell you something is wrong.
One question I will put to you is are you licensed by the appropriate broker authority this one thing you should be able to tell people immediately.
Complete instructions should be given in printable download on using your system. Booklet Form Then instructions as required by your staff members.
I did a course on share trading many years ago which was 2 hours weekly for a couple of years involving stop losses & many other aspects of trading.
Your system does not appear to have this training.

Despite of CapitalXP being a fresh brokerage it had left a positive impression on me. I am experienced trader and have a criteria’s for platforms. If i write them all it gonna take a lot, long story short, you have to start trading here and see how far it brings you

Capital XP can not be trusted. It is a scam and not a registered trading company. You start trading and it is going well and when you want to make an withdrawal they have all kind of excuses. They only take your money I was in a profit of 1015 USD and I cannot make an withdrawal. They are absolutely very bad.. Please do not make the same mistakes I did.. DO NOT INVEST WITH THEM!!

Not even 1 star scammed my dad $250 who is a senior.... the lady is so aggressive and talks over you and will not reverse the payment wants you go on a computer...
I asked to talk to the manager and she said “I’m the manager” is and hung the phone up on me

i really like the services and offres provided by this company since i am using this company for almost a year i didn't face any problem with them and the quality service is the best and the fatest

i tried depositing and withdrawing you dont get to see your pending
withdrawal.when you ask the support team they say thank you for contacting us
what kind of broker is that.your withdrawal can't be processed for the whole month even though the paperwork is on poin
trust me i've been there.and everytime you request a withdrawal they will tell you
to make some trades.the account managers are so mean like top level of mean

i told them i wanted to cancel my account they told me i cant they're refusing.
last week monday/tuesday i made a withdrawal and and it hasn't been processed since today.
everytime i request for the account manager to call they dont call this morning i was very angry and requested a immediate call they started calling
and the main reason for their call was for me to place trades so a withdrawal can be made, and the woman said i can only withdraw profit and she was so rude.
and the funny thing is account managers change quickly without them notefying you.the service is so poor the woman told me she handles $100k
accounts and i said but you're failing to process a withdrawal of 250euro
wich is currently R4080 where i'm from.i almost invested 1000 ueros like i normally do with my other brokers(XM and KONTO FX)
my advice to anyone who is trying to invest with capitalXP, don't it a waste of time and money you'll never get back the word to summurise their company

Dear All, again I updated on this trustpilot column about Capitalxp. I have requested for withdrawal since August 9, 2018 and till to date, my money is still not been return by Capitalxp to me. I have check my account and my account shows zero ( 0 ) balance. I can't even access to their customers service too. The last time I contacted them is 2 weeks ago and Capitalxp reply to me is their account manager will call me to solve this issues. For information, everytime personnel from Capitalxp called me, they will ask me to trade my account. THEY HAVE NO INTENTION AT ALL TO RETURN ME BACK MY MONEY. Dear all, Capitalxp is really a scammer. WE REALLY NEED TO BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I believe that for additional income this place is just a godsend. I work at the main job, but I have enough time for CapitalXP. Not to say that this platform takes me a lot of time and energy, on the contrary, I even relax when I trade here. I can not say that I earn fabulous money, but at the same time and not small. In short, I like everything. I recommend.

I saw somewhere that they already wrote about it, but I would like to repeat everything. On CapitalXP one of the most responsive things are technical supports. I have already seen several brokers that even if they are normal, technical support always works badly. As if at this case, everyone decided to save money. But here it takes you a few seconds to get in touch with them. And you can reach an agreement and support very easily and quickly. For this, in general, thank you very much.

I am will give 4 start because i am very surprised from all the negative reviews . Maybe because i am a new customer , buy till now my experience was very good . The Withdraw process for profits was very fast and no one tried to convince me to cancel it or whatever.. I am very satisfied with the company and the service and i hope it will continue like that .
