£300 on a speaker and the delivery company DPD leave it on the front step in the original box with pictures of the item on it. You should have at least plain boxes it first. We’re lucky it wasn’t stolen!

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Ordered on Thursday, told to be delivered on Friday, a full week later with 2 phone calls to them still nothing apart from a tracking number that only tells me that the item still hasn’t arrived at DPD to be delivered, what takes the piss even more is being told we will get back to you which hasn’t happened only 2 emails saying “how did we do”
Will never be using again

Very disappointed advertised stereo for £479.00 bought it. Then had to chase two weeks later when hadn’t arrived. They said it wasn’t in stock refunded my money and then put the price up to £549.00 I bought it again reluctantly at this price and again had to chase to refunded again. They advertise stereo they don’t as cut as on have in stock. 4 weeks they have had my money overall terrible service

Stay away from this company they do not communicate with you or anything I’ve been waiting over a week for a subwoofer that should of been delivered within 5 days and still they’ve not told me what’s going on and I still haven’t received my order honestly I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone unless you want headaches and want to worry if your being scammed or not

I can't praise the car audio center enough. I tried to fit a dsp amplifier myself and it sounded awful, so I gave up and took it to these people. They sorted out all the issues that I made, and tuned the dsp, now my car audio sounds great I just wish I had taken it to them in the first place, because I spent money I didn't have to, to get my system to work. All the guys were very friendly and knowledgeable and from now on I will do all my audio needs with them.

I've bought items several times from this company, Iford branch, served by the manager Michael. I've always found him friendly and helpful giving me good advice. The shop has a large range of products to choose from as well. I would recommend this shop rather than buy online for the advice provided

Wish I had read other reviews before ordering from this company. Ordered some speakers and heard nothing for a few days. Then got told I need to wait a bit until they’re in stock. Then when the package arrives it includes only the fitting kit and no speakers. They don’t reply to emails and on phoning he didn’t apologise and just asked me to…. email a picture of what’s in the box. Not holding out much hope. Unprofessional and uncommunicative company - as others have said they seem to take your money and then don’t deliver. Plenty of other companies out there you could use with a decent reputation, just wish I’d checked this lot before using them.

Had all 4 speakers upgraded today on a VW Tiguan . Everything was explained in simple terms and transparent pricing given. Thanks guys for doing a great job . Work was carried out promptly and in good time . Seem like a nice bunch of guys .Will definitely return for further upgrades in future .

AVOID AT ALL COST: TERRIBLE SERVICE.
Paid over £178 for two dash cameras.
However, only 2 sd cards were delivered.
Proof of the delivery note showing the dash cameras were not included in the delivery was met by no reply.
No replies to emails.
No replies to messages.
And the attitude via telephone was dismissive: " I don't work in that department "
Basically; they appear to have defrauded me of £178 and have chosen to ignore any request of a refund and refuse to entre into any communication.
Looking at other recent reviews, this appears NOT to be an isolated incident, with many customers experiencing poor customer service.

Ordered an In Phase USW300 Sub to give the original head unit in my classic Alfa Romeo a boost. Perfect solution to improve bass on a head unit without RCA outputs. Great price, super quick delivery, even in the run up to Xmas.

Purchased a headunit in black Friday sale, heard nothing for days I had to contact them and they replied with a dont care attitude. Said won't be posted until February! Still showing stock of 4 on website. Got a refund, if you have any issues after delivery good luck with them!. Avoid this company they just take your money and sit on it.

This company has had £600 of my money for two weeks now.

No email coms until I chased a week ago then the reply came that they were awaiting stock, that it would be in last week and sent out then.

I’ve chased most days since and had zero coms back.

Avoid like the plague!

Purchased a head unit.
No communication or confirmation re despatch.
I called and emailed some days later. Was eventually told that item wasn't in stock and website not up to date. Offered a refund from a person that sounded like he couldn't care less.
Read the other reviews, avoid this company like the plague!

Have just looked these guys up on Trust Pilot, can't believe the rating. I ordered new stereo for my wife's smart car, the help and advice was second to none. They went through all the options and gave excellent advice (Mo your a star). Ordered goods and they came within three days, had problems installing it did call customer services but didn't get a call back (perhaps look at that boys) so called sales again (Mo) even did a video call to help identify which wires I needed, can't praise the customer service enough.

Dreadful communication and service. Ordered on Wednesday, emailed on Monday after as it still hadn't been dispatched, took three emails to get a response. On the plus side, they refunded quickly. It was never dispatched.

I seem to be having trouble getting through to any one regarding my return . I’ve called every other day and get the same response, we will take your name number and order number and pass it on to head office . I’ve called every other day now and yet no correspondence from them .

My product is still under warranty, it was returned due to the product either being faulty or stopped working on its own accord.
I’ve been and bought a replacement already as I’ve read some terrible reviews on here regarding returns .
Hopefully they see this and give me a response.
Not a route I wanted to go down .

Customer Bought a unit for me to put into there Toyota Rav 4. Though the unit looked complete it wasn't. Found these guys on the internet and what can i say they went above and beyond to help me. Special thank you to Ilie and Mohammed. Walked me through how to correctly install after suppling me the missing cable i required.
