Cardan: evitar

Boa tarde. Posso dizer que estava muito satisfeito com o meu Hyundai Kawaii elétrico até começarem a surgir problemas. Inicialmente foi a bateria. A marca assumiu a substituição (no período de garantia) e agora é um problema na caixa desmultiplicadora (cx de velocidades). Inicialmente (no representante Cardan Famalicão) falaram em assumir os custos de um componente com defeito de fabrico, ficando a meu cargo a mão de obra (600€). Em pouco tempo o valor passou para 1000€. Após ter reclamado, fizeram um ajuste: passo a pagar tudo: 6000 €! Como é que uma empresa (e seus representantes) podem agir desta forma irresponsável e sem ética nem profissionalismo? Não posso recomendar a marca nem os seus serviços. Optem por Tesla, é a única marca com preços e serviços transparentes!
