A big shout out to Curtis came home from holidays to find two flat tyres helped me out big time thanks for taking the time

First time using Cardiff Airport for a few years. First of all parking. I paid for premium, which was not clearly signposted or laid out. Member of staff had to "create" a space by moving cones for me Check in was a debacle. Wizz Air queue was actually for TUI flights, self check in machines had been turned off. Finally directed to a TUI desk for a wizz air flight. Only 3 staff covering all desks, who were unpleasant at best
Security was haphazard. Whilst staff were relatively friendly, they were a mismatch of "trainees" or on loan from The Phoenix Club. Wouldn't have used the term professional. Departure lounge was OK, although considering the small number of flights it did seem very busy. I think more work is needed to entice me to regularly use this Airport.

Recently flew from Cardiff following a horrific experience at another airport. Excellent service with no dramas, would recommend every time. Thank you 🙏

Travelled to Croatia from cardiff Airport in May
We were quite concerned about getting through check in or even our flight taking off
Ww needed not to have worried
We arrived at 4:00 am for a 6:30 am flight there were quite a few in a snaking queue but we flew through ( pardon the pun)
In all from checking in our baggage and going through security we were sitting in departures within 35 minutes
The staff were helpful, polite and engaging it couldn't have gone smoother
The flight took off on time and the reverse journey was the same
When we arrived back in Cardiff from landing to walking to car park after picking up luggage was about 25 minutes
Excellent service cardiff and thank you for making our holiday departure and arrival stress free

We travelled from Cardiff airport on Thursday morning (9 June) to Lanzarote with TUI. With all of the bad press prior to flying we were naturally apprehensive.
Arriving nearly 3 hours before departure we we’re little dismayed to see six rows of passengers already at the check in hall. However, things we’re impressive from here on to say the least. The self service check is a stroke genius as 35 minutes later our luggage was on the conveyor belt and we we’re off to go through security. Again a little apprehensive but no need, plenty of friendly efficient staff directing passengers and within 10 minutes we were through.
Where are the press now I thought, but hey ho good news doesn’t sell.
Admittedly we are not frequent travellers ,however, on this occasion Cardiff airport management and staff are to be congratulated along with TUI staff. We took off on time (within 15 mins) and our flight was excellent.

Flew out to Dalaman Airport in early May 22. No queues, only delay was 40 minutes taking off. Nice little airport only 8 miles from my house

Airport has improved in the sense that its cleaner and that the are improvements structurally but organisationally its terrible and falling behind. We were made to wait for boarding in a tiny airless hot space for nearly 40 minutes, elder people were saying they felt faint!!! It was attricious and if even one person had covid, we defo all got it. The airport staff that had done the final checks were rude and heartless and couldn't care less about passenger welfare. Typical bureaucratic nightmare. The place will end up failing if its keeps on as it is.

We arrived at Cardiff Airport at 7.30pm on Thursday 24 February. It took ages to get the rusting steps up and doors open. Then down into wet driving rain and across the tarmac while the covered walkways remained unused above us. If there - why not use them?
In the baggage hall - a longer than expected wait for the carousels to turn.
As we left there was no obvious signs to help us find a pre-booked taxi - which we found at the drop off area.
Altogether not a great experience, especially compared with other regional airports such as Dublin, Edinburgh, Bristol.
Sad as we much prefer to use Cardiff when we can.

Utter joke,an embarrassment to the Welsh this airport is ridiculously costly flies no where the Welsh government should be ashamed 😑

Knowingly selling tickets on the weekend even though the test center is closed!

When are Cardiff going to get EasyJet to fly from Cardiff, I would never fly with Ryan air again and have to go to Bristol and as much as it hurts me to say Bristol is a much better airport which is why EasyJet fly from there and not Cardiff, the Welsh Government need to open their eyes and get Easy jet to fly out of Cardiff or Cardiff Wales airport is doomed to fail again.

Obviously more flight options out of Cardiff would be very grateful, however when I have flown from Cardiff (on a number of occasions) it has been an absolute breeze. No queues, the bar and other shops are good, the smoking area could have a better view (it's just a box outside) but I've come to expect smoking areas in airports to be rubbish.

As a proud welsh woman, I am both saddened and appalled at Cardiff Airport. No matter what time you arrive, it's the longest wait I've ever had to endure for the baggage carousel to kick in.
We have Been THE ONLY FLIGHT TO ARRIVE- yet still waited over 35 minutes for our bags ?
Toilets in arrivals like a Bangladeshi massage parlour- full of used tissues on the floor. Vending machines -offering you some form of refreshment whilst you wait in the baggage hall for some form of movement, (as the baggage handler is either rolling a cigarette, or is on break)- either NOT WORKING, or being the sole occupier in baggage that has anything COOL in it.
For goodness sake Cardiff mun!- SORT. IT. OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Meet and Greet Parking staff damaged the interior of my vehicle with ball point pen ink over the grey leather of my drivers door interior, but wouldn't own up when confronted.
Dont take a nice vehicle to let them drive it ! Its the second time I've had to complain but to be fair the first time the bodywork was scratched and they fixed it on a subsequent visit.

Could be worse I suppose, it’s great for just a flight but nothing else

We love flying from Cardiff airport. It’s just down the road from us. Staff friendly and for once our flight was on time

Big improvement. Much better shops and easy to navigate.

Tried to book car parking at Cardiff Airport for 16 nights in August. Only available parking, according to their official website, was off site with Holiday Extras. No long stay or meet and greet!! Find this difficult to believe. Usual rubbish service. No wonder people go to Bristol,
