Lovely airport
Lovely airport , plesent happy checkin , good facilities, friendly security staff , can’t fault it , just wish there was a better road system to the airport like they promised years ago , but can’t see that happenening anytime soon .

What a shambles again
What a shambles again. Just arrived at Cardiff airport and it would seem that nobody has told them that there are planes arriving!! Two passport staff for several flights and it’s been over an hour so far. Staff are clueless, kids crying, people getting stressed and angry- it really is an embarrassment to Cardiff.

Traveled through Cardiff airport in May. Everything worked well, immigration was quick and my bag arrived in a reasonable time.
Much better than Heathrow in every respect :)

Couldn't organise a piddle up in a brewery
Flights were delayed due to stikes (grrr) anyway staff at CWL couldn't have been more unhelpful if they were in a coma. Passing the buck to the airline and the airline passing it back to them. Took 9 hours to find a hotel, long unnecessary red tape
