Experience with Career Leadhers
Hello, I’m Irene, an electronics engineer covering the role of EE Engineer and System senior manager, and I would like to share my experience with a coaching program with Carrier Leadhers.
I embarked on this journey at a time when I felt the need to pause and reflect in a structured way on my position in the job market. It has been an extremely formative and transformative experience. The course provided me with practical tools to better understand not only whether it was the right time for a change, but, more importantly, in which direction to move.
I gained greater clarity on the different career opportunities available to me and on how to approach change in a strategic, conscious, and proactive way.
One of the most valuable aspects was the support in enhancing my professional profile—from revising my CV to improving my ability to present myself in a more effective and value-driven manner. This gave me the confidence to take initiative and activate connections that I likely would not have had the courage to pursue on my own.
The coaching sessions were a key component of the experience. They provided moments of genuine reflection and dialogue, helping me regain confidence in myself while also recognizing how, at times, I had been limiting and underestimating my own potential. This shift in perspective was fundamental.
I found a very effective balance between technical guidance and human support—both of which proved to be essential and impactful in my personal and professional growth.
