Update: After 6 months, I was contacted by the 'store' via email, telling me that the correct rear axle was about to arrive. However, after the estimated delivery date, I contacted Car Fantasy again for updates. They asked me to send it back at my expense and remain without the car for another month to get the correct rear shock absorbers. I can no longer do this because in July they told me to adapt the kit if possible, and now they want the parts to be the same as when delivered! How is this possible? Avoid them, they're not serious, because I keep losing out because of their mistake.

I bought products from Car Fantasy for the first time, and their customer service went the extra mile by answering all my many questions to help me with my purchase. I received the headlights perfectly packaged, with protective foam that kept them completely secure during transport. Installation was plug and play, and the result turns heads every time I drive by. Thank you, Car Fantasy — I should have bought them sooner!

When you confirm availability online folllowing 8 weeks lead-time by mail is really unprofessional.

I had great experience with Car Fantasy. I ordered tail lights for my car and they arrived in 3 days. Everything was in order.

I ordered a Bilstein kit from the Bilstein website and was sent to this store, which supplied me with the correct Bilstein front suspension kit for my car, but the wrong rear suspension kit. After several emails, they told me they would send me the correct kit, and I would send them the incorrect kit. Now I've been without my car for a month (June 26, 2025), and they keep making excuses about the kit not being available and several weeks having to pass... never avoid this site again. This business have no dealer contract with Bilstein for any country including Netherlands. Stay away from this business. They use fraudulent tactics to scam innocent people.
I spent way over 1000eur and delivery was 18.4, to this day i got 2 replies after my 6 emails, with dishonest and unclear excuses.
Bilstein.com is the only right place and I made sure they will close this domain down!
Dishonest, misleading, untrustworthy team of criminals!!!

Fast, good prices and available customer support.

Sent items in thin box. During return of wrong bought items box broke and they accused me that it is my fault the package THEY choose broke!
Customer service slow replying, do not care about customers at all.

Order lights on 21 may 2024 as it stated on website its in stock then got a email from car fantasy its out of stock they will probs ship the next day week went by nothing then got an email that parcel is ready for shipment after 2 weeks to this day the tracking is stuck at shipment ready for transport to destination country on postnl website
email car fantasy again regarding opening investigation with post nl just to hear from postnl that they never did asked for a refund and try calling them.phne is on voicemail does not reply to emails guess ill have to open dispute with my bank

No problème with this website , I order headlight for my car , good price and fast delivery with DHL , I pay with PayPal more secure and 5 days after i have my order completely good ! Thank you very much

i ordered some headlights and informed them that if they were not able to deliver them within the 1 to 3 days they stated on their website i would like a refund because i cannot drive my car after the sun sets without lights and i would buy the headlights in a shop. They informed me that they would send them 2 days after the order and now almost 4 days later i have yet to receive a confirmation that the headlights are shipped. i bought a second car yesterday so i don’t need them that quick anymore, but the customer service isn’t on point. i will wait until the headlights have arrived or until i have received further information about my order. for now i would rate them 3 stars but i’ll update the review by the time i get more clarity about the status of my order. they didn’t send me any emails about the status of my order. i had to ask them about it myself. they did respond within 24 hours but their statement that they would probably ship it on the day of the reply was false. the day after their reply (today) the item still isn’t shipped. I hope they will provide me with further clarification in the near future and i’ll keep this review up to date.

I was really satisfied about the speed of the Shop. I ordered a new 3rd brakelight and 2 days later DHL delivered it here on Germany.
Much faster than i expected. I will order some more car parts soon.

I ordered some rear lights for my car and made payment. I was then informed there would be a 6 week lead time. 6 weeks has been and gone so I email them, they inform me I would have to wait a further 4-6 weeks. When I ask for a refund they tell me that will take 14 working days. Totally unacceptable. Stay well clear of this company.

You informed me the waiting time would be 5 weeks when I placed the order, 5 weeks later you informed me it would be another 5 weeks. You didn’t refund me within 1 day, I had to file a claim through PayPal as you stated in your email that you would refund me in 30 working days.

Went to order some headlights of Dectane, that were from this website, leading me to this website, ordered them, 3-4 days later, I get an email after the money has been taken out of my account that the item is unavailable, requested a refund, still have not got this refund.

Really good overview at the Shopping Site, Good Prices, fast response at questions to products and really fast Shopping. Would definitely buy once again
