Very poor experience. After I signed the agreement and one day before I collect the car they decided to send the money back to the lender without giving me any reason or even contacted me.

Very quick and great communication. I have a lovely car a very happy customer.

The guy who dealt with me, Arya, was fantastic, they sorted everything and made getting the finance and the car seamless. They go above and beyond.

Management and Mo (mohammed) are Extremely aggressive if they dont get their own way. Threatened and swore at staff where i was (car supermarket) because they offered me a better deal.

Started lying saying i had a fixed rate of 15% apr but when i read the small print it was actually nearly 30%! Tried to take £900 off me before i had even seen the car in question. Bullied and cornered me into taking the finance off them.

Just be aware these people are like parasites and feed off easy targets, glad i got out and they never got £1 off me!

Didnt mention there was a setup fee, no refund offered, the employee started shouting down the phone and called me stupid for wanting a refund - well within my 14 day cooling off period.

I called the office all day and got through to reception everytime where they said there was no manager available and he will call me - still haven't received a phone call from the manager

Avoid this company at all costs and deal directly with the lenders - these clowns charge £199 in commission without telling you the charges.

Awful customer experience, save yourself the hassle and dont give your money to these crooks

Bunch of con artists as far as I can tell - have a fake trustpilot link on their website, aggressive phone call from some guy who refused to commit anything even to an email, just insisted that I needed to trust him or I wouldn't be able to get a car. Lied about what's on the website.

Fantastic from start to finish! Kasade was great she even found me the car i wanted from a local dealership which was important to me. Loved that contact is through whatsapp. She was a real star and kept me updated throughout answered all my queries in good time, the whole process took 4 working days and i am now loving my new car. Thanks to Car finance giant and Kasade.

Terrible company complete cowboys, that Shoaib guy was so rude when I decided I didn’t want the car I was offered. He also told me that if I didn’t take the car I would never be given finance by anyone else which was a complete lie. He also tried to charge me £299 for doing nothing but making a phone call! Then when I was backing out he basically said I didn’t have to pay it! Please avoid this company and just go straight to the lender, which in my case is Moneybarn, you can apply straight through them without these cowboys trying to rip you off I between! The apr was less also when I applied straight through the lender!! Appalled by this company!

Very good would use them again when needed would recommend anybody to try them got everything do really fast.

At the start i thought this would be great as i got loads of texts and emails but boy was i wrong.
As i got more into this the communication was extremely bad, I passed the credit check strait away and from then it was me chaching them with no one getting back to me for days and then when they found a car it was never told to me that it was complete, i could pick it up or if it was paid.
No paperwork was ever expanded to me at all and i was never told of the free i had to pay for this until i got a bill from them, i never even had the car.
If i run my business like this i would never have any customers.
But at least the garage i got the car was very helpful.

Literally saw a car I liked on the Friday and had the keys by Wednesday. Didn’t have to do a thing myself other than sign my name. My sales guy (Affan) dealt with every aspect. Highly recommend
