My husband and I bought our first car from this company last summer because we trusted them and their promises. We also purchased a one-year warranty, with the understanding that if there was any issue, service would be provided quickly.
Unfortunately, our experience with their service has been disappointing. When our car broke down, we contacted them and were only given two garage options. One asked us to wait about one month, and the other about one week. This was very difficult for us because we rely on our car for work.
We trusted this company and expected better support, especially during the warranty period. Sadly, the service did not meet the expectations that were shown to us at the time of purchase.

Junior has been amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I left with the perfect car for me. He had the patience and customer service which left me feeling like I made the perfect choice with leaving with the car I chose. Couldn’t recommend him more!

We bought a Tesla Model Y from this dealership about a month ago and later a car health check at Tesla’s service centre found a crack in the inner wheel arch. Because of the damage, the panel can’t be properly secured with a clip, which was confirmed by a Tesla technician.

The dealership is refusing to pay for the repair, saying the crack “doesn’t affect the structural integrity of the car” and that it’s not an electrical or mechanical issue, so apparently that makes it acceptable.

In my opinion a cracked wheel arch on a recently purchased car is not normal and shouldn’t be brushed off. It affects how parts fit and raises concerns about long-term protection from water and road debris. Instead of taking responsibility, they’ve chosen to hide behind technical wording.

Overall, very disappointing after-sales support. I’d think twice before buying a car here.

Tiean was absolutely amazing, so patient, friendy and really tried to address any questions I had with the car. She cared about me as a person as well as making sure I was totally happy with this massive purchase. She is a credit to car giant.
