Highly disappointed with the quality of work at the Søborg center and the customer service. After a windshield replacement, I noticed a persistent crackling noise. When I reported it, I was dismissed and told it would "go away in 2–3 weeks." It has now been almost three weeks, the noise is still there, and I’m concerned about the safety and seal of the installation. Being told to just "wait it out" was poor advice for a technical issue. I’m now hesitant to return to a company that didn't take my initial concerns seriously.
