I would highly recommend buying a car from Car Land UK. Adrian was not pushy whatsoever when I went to see the car, left me alone to view and test drive the vehicle. Answered all my questions about the car and kept in communication till it was ready for pick up.

So in lockdown I decided I’d like to buy a new car, I went on Auto Trader, put in the make/model I was looking for, then a place that was doing door to door sales, Carland came up, it was a local company too, so I gave them a call, enquired about the vehicle, left a deposit, but changed my mind, Adrian the guy I was dealing with, said it wasn’t a problem and if I wanted, he would source me a car, he came up trumps, I got exactly what I was looking for, at the budget I offered, it was a 14day money back sale, I had bought a petrol, and realised it wasn’t as economical as my old car that was a diesel, so I asked if I could return it? Once again not a problem, Cheyenne the owner then spoke to me and asked if I wanted my money back or another vehicle? I couldn’t believe the service I was offered, I am now the owner of the perfect car, and the service was above and beyond, I have them looking for a car for my son and friend now, as I highly recommend them.

Adrian has been the most helpful, I had an awful experience with a different car garage and I honestly can't fault Adrian and his team enough. They ensured I had a very smooth experience, they sorted my car out instantly. I've had my car for 3 month now I think and I honestly love it. I could not be happier with my little merc.

Thank you so so much for being so kind and making me realise that not all car garages are awful. Adrian really does make you feel at ease in the whole process and you also get £100 when you refer a friend.

I decided to buy a car in lockdown, and came across Carland on Autotrader, I read up on the reviews and decided to go with them, I can honestly say I made the best decision. I bought on a 14 day approval doorstep sale, and had a few tiny issues, they collected my car, fixed issues and returned it to me, then decided it was not what I wanted, they went out of their way to get me a car I wanted, during the process I kept the original vehicle, and they kept in contact with me the whole time. I now have a fab new car, exactly what I wanted and I cannot thank the guys enough, their customer service is above and beyond and I would highly recommend them to anyone. My friends and family will be using them as the need arises, Thank you so much Adrian and Cheyen.

I have recently bought my new car from Car Land - the service I have received from start to finish from Adrian has been impeccable. He was so helpful .I got my car in less than a week of picking it.

Great service, sourced me my ideal car even tho I had a lot of criteria to meet. Darren was always on hand for me to speak too even after I’ve purchased the car and has went above and beyond for me. When I collected my car there was an issue with the exhaust being changed which I was not happy about. However, the way the situation was resolved was exceptional. You can really tell the owner takes great pride in this business and this is reflected in the customer service I received. I would fully recommend anyone to buy a car from here.

Just got my new VW Golf GTI delivered from Car Land at Stockton last night, car is superb and I’m chuffed to bits with it. I found Car Land UK by chance, but I am so glad I did. This is the best car company I have dealt with. No pushy car sales people, genuine sales people who really want to ensure you only buy exactly what you what.

We were looking to buy my daughter her first car, she was 16 at the time but was going to be 17 in a months’ time, and we just thought we would look around to see what was available.

Cheyne was the car sales person who dealt with us, he discussed with my daughter exactly what she wanted, even down to the shape of the lights! (she was very fussy in what she wanted) Cheyne made my daughter feel included. He then looked around to try to find the perfect car for my daughter. There was no hard sell and we were sent some details on several possible car choices, which we were left to consider in our own time. All the cars they sell are fully checked over, one of the cars we chose, has a small issue which Cheyne picked up during the checks, he contacted us straight away and informed us of the fault and asked did we want to consider another one of the car choices he had found for us, which we did. How many garages would be open and honest regarding a small fault, this gave us confidence in what we were going to buy.

We were not disappointed; my daughter loves her car, and it has the lights that she wanted!. I would recommend Car Land UK to anyone who is looking for a car, I will certainly be going back here when I want a new one. Thank you, Cheyne.

By far the best garage I have ever used the guys where so helpful in helping me get into the car iv always wanted even though they never had it in stock they went out there way to buy in the car no knowing weather I would be happy with it but after all the work they put in I was over the moon I would highly recommend.
