Horrible company, once they have your money they don’t care. Bad fitting, bad customer service, bad management.

Fantastic service , great offers and very friendly can’t fault them will def use them again

I have ordered off carpetways Motherwell many times and always had a great experience. I needed new carpets after the one I previously got in with carpetways the year before got wasted because of council workers having to plaster . Anyway went back in spoke with James can’t remember other guy name came out measured the 4 rooms chose my carpets and was getting them fitted a few days later . On the day of the fitting the fitters were excellent a man and his son sorry can’t remember your names brillant team anyway they were going to fit my room first as I’m disabled my room is downstairs when they stated there was a problem with the carpet the wrong size had been ordered the carpet fitter told the shop and because another one would need to be ordered the shop let me pick a different one from the shop at no extra cost and the carpet fitter took me in his van helped me pick a good carpets and took it back fitted it and what a lovely guy he was going that extra mile to help me he went above and beyond and even though the shop made the mistake ordering the wrong carpet I think it’s how a company rectify it and this matters a lot they done a great job at this and I also think carpets fitters should get a shout out as there brillant at there job and are a great addition to carpet ways. I know there self employed but work with carpetways I have never in my life meet such lovely carpet fitter that go that extra mile to help a customer ❤️❤️❤️❤️the staff at the shop are always helpful and welcoming and this is the only place I would shop for carpets as they go out of there way to give you carpets within your budget and thank you you as always for great service sorry I can’t remember the other staff member name that came out to measure and the carpet fitters as well appreciate everything you did with helping me with the carpet when it was the wrong size 😁😁😁😁❤️❤️❤️❤️

Impeccable customer service from Greg, who is friendly, knowledgeable & professional. Gave good advice and arranged everything to our convenience. Great range of quality carpets & vinyl flooring, as well as not to be beaten prices! The fitters were awesome too, nothing was too much trouble they were friendly, efficient & tidy workers, a truly excellent team. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend

In the process of buying a new house that needed modernising, we initially went to Carpetways Dumfries and spoke to a very knowledgeable sales person who advised us about the type of carpets we were looking at, without being pushy at all. Subsequently, they promptly came out and measured the whole house as we requested.

We ordered carpets for most of the house, price was good, subsequent visits were met with the similar, non pushy, knowledgeable sales staff.

Colin and Angus came out to fit the carpets, what a superb job they had done, friendly chaps with an eye for detail, a beautiful finish all round.

Getting our entire house recarpetted and decided to use Carpetways in Workington for a second time. Friendly staff and amazing quality carpet! Erik (store manager) gave me a fab deal. I ordered Timbuktu beige 69 for 4 bedrooms, landing and stairs & I couldn’t be happier. Fitters came on the date booked and were finished in 5 hours. Super happy with my new carpets, I had planned to get laminate for my living room but now I’m debating to get the same carpet! Love it! Highly recommend 🙂

Really good service from choosing to fitting. The manager helped me narrow down my search and then was very helpful when getting a date agreed for fitting. The footer was also very respectful, tidy and did a great job. Highly recommend.

From going into the shop and recieving excellent Customer Service. The Shop colleague fit me in right away and gave me best value quote. Then the fitters arrived. On time. And very helpful. Did the job fast but with quality. Very impressed. Thank you.

Carpet fitters supposed to turn up first thing, came at 11-30,then said not enough carpet for stairs you will need to pay extra,I included measurements for stairs on paper I gave them, anyway phoned up about it to be told to piss off,got rest of carpet no charge, however don't think will use again very unprofessional

My husband and I can fully recommend Carpet Ways Hawick. From the moment we walked into the branch we felt we were in safe hands. We had to floor two bedrooms and an unusual sized lounge as well as cupboards and inbuilt wardrobes. The Manager Graham was so helpful and advised us on many issues that we hadn't thought of.
Steve the carpet fitter was courteous and professional. We were impressed at his work ethic and determination to get the job done.
When we hit a hitch because of the recent renovations to the property, the doors all needed to come off and be trimmed. Again nothing was too much trouble for Graham within minutes he organised a fully qualified carpenter to attend the next day. The carpenter Terry was extremely hard working and really happy to pitch in.
We just want to say a huge thank you to you all for a really good job, Well done!

I can highly recommend Carpetways Motherwell. If you are looking for quality carpets at an affordable price they are the best. This is the second home I have used Carpetways for flooring.James and his team of fitters are great. From beginning to end they provide great customer service and are so helpful.

Carpetways at Kendal were great. They helped us choose a good carpet with underlay for my hallway, stairs and all bedrooms. I am so happy with the result of this. The carpet fitters were great too!
