Disorganised and not bothered company
I ordered an iPhone with air pods on the 9th of August via online and received confirmation that air pods were dispatched same day. I opted for store collection and was misadvised by the customers service team that it’s ready for collection so went to store twice yesterday only to be told it’s not arrived which was complete waste of my time. I have called numerous of times the CS team, one adviser was abrupt and rude to me, the phone and air pods cannot be tracked apparently as it’s a store collection so I suspect maybe the driver or one of the workers have stolen it as surely if dispatched on 9th of August it would have arrived by now, also confirmation of dispatch only related to air pods but does not mention phone, so perhaps they don’t even have the phone in stock and mis-sold me a product they don’t physically have. I am very disappointed as a first time user with carphonewarehouse, as I am not getting any answers or resolution to my problems which you have caused and neither are my emails being answered or replied to, most likely you acknowledge my message on here and advise me to write to you like you do with the rest of the users but won’t actually come back to me with real time update or even any significant and meaningful update/resolution!
