I contacted via chat, to try and resolve my situation. I spoke with Brandon, who was a total breath of fresh air. Understanding of my current situation and advised me accordingly. You set up a payment plan, pay it and they still hassle you throughout the month of paying the next

To be clear, we are not scammers. Our organisation is FCA‑regulated, has been operating for over 22 years, and forms part of a NASDAQ‑listed group. We only contact customers when an account has been passed to us by a client, and we always work with individuals who believe the balance is incorrect or the account was cancelled.

If you believe the Sky account was closed at the end of your contract and no balance is due, please contact us so we can dispute the account on your behalf and request clarification from Sky. We cannot resolve or investigate the matter without speaking with you directly.

We’re here to help and will work with you to ensure the information is accurate and any errors are corrected.

Terrible company

Terrible company. How do they get away with it is beyond me. This company has been chasing a debt that has been paid. They don't want to listen and constantly talk over you. I've had enough of it now and am looking at legal action. I've given them umpteen chances to listen, but they are not interested. Very unskilled company just trying to bully people into paying money. Well, that definitely won't be happening with me. Stop pestering people.
