GREAT car buying experience. I recently bought a car from Car Valley and everything turned out above and beyond my hopes. The condition of the car is excellent, no faults and most importantly the car was at a bargain price. The staff were nice and helpful. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a nice and clean car at a great price.

Went to view a Renault traffic van for a test drive which was no more than 500 yards there and back. All seemed well when I purchased it until I hit the motorway. Dash was flashing and I happened to have my code reader with me which showed injector fault. Possibly wiring or injector. It instantly cleared and I carried on thinking it could be where it’s sat and needed a good clear out. Drive home was ok until the next day. Took it out and it was juddering when the dash lit up saying stop. Called them and asked to speak with Pasha who wasn’t available and asked to call back tomorrow. 3 & 1/2 weeks later they’ve blocked my number so I called on a different number and he answers right away. The boss wouldn’t give a definite answer until I get a bring it back and they will get there mechanic to check it. I’ve had a mechanic look at it and read the codes and run the diagnostics on it and even if I wanted to take it back it wouldn’t make it and I would then be left with recovery charges to be told he’s not fixing it. I even offered to pay half just to get the van fixed as this is all that is wrong with it but I get a no. Even after threatening legal action I get can I call you back to which (you guessed it) no call back. I’m now left with a £750-£1200+VAT to get it rectified. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! May seem cheap vehicles but not is all as it seems as I and others who have left reviews have found out. Rude and disrespectful owner and workers just fobbing you off. Later found that the MOT is a dodgy MOT because there was a couple of things which have been rectified that would 100% not have passed and that was from a trusted MOT guy. engine support mount rubber split, rear light clusters smashed, hazard warning light switch knackered, rear tyres BALD on insides, and other issues which are not failures but advisory issues. BAD BAD BAD!!!

ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS WENT TO BUY A CAR AND PRICE WENT UP BY £250 I SHOWED A SCREENSHOT OF THE ADD AT WHICH POINT HE STARTED SPEAKING IN A DIFFERENT LANGUAGE HIS BREATH REALLY STUNK SO I USED THIS OPPORTUNITY TO SLIDE AWAY AND MAKE MY ESCAPE BE WARNED STAY FAR STAY VERY FAR

I rang ahead the day before and asked to test drive a specific vehicle. Despite this I arrived to find the car in a shocking state and with a flat battery. Avoid this place the guy doesn’t care about anything and it’s hard to see how he stays in business.

CarValley (Wembley) Sold me accident repaired car as HPI clear before the record has changed. Sold me 2wd car as 4wd and told me that it has got cam chain and I found later that I need to replace a cambelt, low battery message the same day, door not closing properly. Refused to take it back. Rude and aggressive over the phone. Don't go there even if its half price.
