A company that takes responsibility for their customers experience
I tried to place an order at casanovafurniture.dk earlier this year, and sadly it ended up not going to well. The order unfortunatly had to be cancelled, and in the end I actually ended up losing money just through fees for making/receiving international transactions and also, the currency declined while the process of me being refunded was taking place.
Recently, I received an e-mail from the companys PR & Communications manager saying that Casanova was regretful towards the fact that my experience had been a rather unlucky one. I was really surprised by this – I honestly think very few companies spend time reaching out to their unhappy customers to ask them if there is anything they can do to make them satisfied instead.
They have now made me an extremely generous offer for my troubles, it’s almost to good to be true. In a couple of weeks, I will be receiving an item, free of charge! I’m pretty amazed. I plan on giving them a full star review once I have received my item 😊
