What a Joke

The offer received for my 2025 Soul GT was insulting. $7932 dollar for a vehicle that brand new was nearly $30k? I could understand if there was significant damage, or if it had a salvage title, or if it had a lien or loan that was not paid in fullbut this car is in immaculate condition, with only 18k miles on it, and was purchased outright. Every service has been performed at the dealership on time. How this company has so many positive reviews is beyond me. Stay away from this company if you want the actual value of your vehicle instead of a lowball almost criminal appraisal.

They will rip you off.

The experience started out great. I put in my information got a offer and accepted it. I got a phone call saying we well be there in 15 minutes. My car was not cleaned out. No time was set up. "Im 15 minutes away". I rush to clean my car out. The guy shows up and gives me 150.00 less. Now its dark. The guy is making excuses. Mind you the car runs. It hasn't been in accident. Im now arguing with the guy. He gives me another 50.00. Im sure he pockets the rest. Making his side hustle from Acre Auto out of Detroit. I have never done this before got ripped of and didn't know different carriers were assigned. This was a terrible experience. At this point Im over it. Take the care and go!!!

They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. They use their personal phones to do business and there is no way to know if you're talking to the company. whatever you do not trust google reviews those are not truthful. Use trust pilot they give the honest truth about a review, and they look into the company being used for the buying experience

Would give less than 1 star just dealt…

Would give less than 1 star just dealt with them and I had made an appointment for then to come take my 1997 GMC for $300-600 at 5:30pm at 7:00pm I got a text saying they were late and would be at my place at 8-8:30pm at 9:00pm I had to text back saying don't bother. Today they came late again but at 12:30 instead of 12:00 and checked out the truck the driver after 5 minutes said it didn't have a catalytic converter and that they could only offer $100 I'm not a car guy and neither is my mother but I knew that was BS while my mom negotiated with the driver and the "Boss" on the phone I took video and photos of the catalytic converter under the truck and showed the driver. I then said the deal was $300. He then acted all confused, kept saying he's just the driver and then he'd text the boss. Then he said it was a aftermarket catalytic converter and that the deal would still be only $150. These guys are obviously scammers anyone with common sense could tell from the start with how the driver acts and his body language. He literally tried telling me the catalytic converter wasn't there and when I showed him it was he kept telling me he's just the driver he doesn't know and doesn't know what it looks like. Then how could you possibly tell the customer it isn't there?. Dirt bag scamming companies like this that still get away with it is pathetic.

Unclear Timelines.

the agent I worked with told me I could get same or next day pick up - which is what I needed with the body shop I was working at. Once we made a deal, he connected me to customer support who laughed and said no, we never come same day, we will come tomorrow or the next day. I said, I really need it to be tomorrow because otherwise I need to tow my vehicle somewhere else which isn't ideal. Well, they didn't show the next day. I had to change the address on file TWICE to take into account with unclear pick up time expectations. People with cars that don't drive in time sensitive place understand me. I called on the third day to just confirm it'd be today and the rep said yes you're next and we only will pick up on the last day of the range given btw... then why give a range? very inconvenient for those who have time sensitive "boarding" for a car they're trying to sell, especially if it's not driveable. ultimately, all the reps were nice and cash for cars did give me the best deal by far. I would only recommend it to someone who has a lot of time on their hands to wait!
